Reviews for Inn of Knoxville

Review 1:Hairs all over the tub and on one of the wash cloths. Yellow large stain on the sheet. Pillow case looked unwashed. There was only one simple lock on the door and the motel is not in the best part of town.

Review 2:Nothing

Review 3:Very old and dingy rooms. Everything very outdated--tube tv anyone? Very disappointing experience. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for a similar price.

Review 4:I liked the low price and the associate that checked me into the location. He was very friendly and welcoming.

Review 5:We traveled to Knoxville for a football game and thought we found a great deal with this motel and the distance to the stadium. However, when we went to check in the motel was in what looked to be a bad section of town. It looked very run down but we decided to stay since we had no where else to go at this point. We went into the room and it went downhill from there. There were stains on the pillows and sheets. The toilet had not been flushed (and not been cleaned I assume). The door did not seal properly and the air from outside came in, and so did all the noise. It was overall not a great experience, which we should have known by the price.

Review 6:The staff that I came into contact with were very friendly.

Review 7:Room was dirty, a towel from previous guest was left in room, and no toilet roll. Definitely need a car for Access to city.

Review 8:Really large room, good air conditioning, TV had lots of channels, receptionist friendly when checked in.

Review 9:Fridge not in room. Told that staff could put one in and then told 10 mins later, after unpacking in first room, that no staff avail to bring the fridge and we should move rooms. We moved the fridge ourselves. No plug in bath and took an hour to get one. Also tried calling reception for first 20mins and no answer. All in all, made us later by one hour, to here we were going as couldn't have a bath for the first hour.

Review 10:Did not have a mini refridge, microwave, coffee pot.. Beds didn't have fitted sheets.. Didn't even have ice.. Had to ask for towels..

Review 11:It was a nice places..

Review 12:This hotel is a dump! There were roaches, dirty sheets in our bed and nasty towels. People stay up all hours of the night. There was an argument in the parking lot over illegal drugs. Do not stay at this hotel. It is pure trash and I would never stay again even if somebody paid me.

Review 13:The neighborhood not good but there's a lot of things to do near by you just need to watch the area and stay to your self then you I be fine.

Review 14:When we arrived our room was clean the staff was very friendly the bed was so comfortable didn't want to get out of it.There were a lot of things near by to do and nice hot showers.

Review 15:The homelessman that knocked on my door and window until I threatened to call the cops. I tried to inform the front desk and he didn't answer and then when I went to check out (6 hours early on my birthday) the front desk manager had the windows sealed up and was no where to be found! I want a REFUND

Review 16:Leaving!

Review 17:Scary place and location!

Review 18:Price

Review 19:Ammenities where old and outdated

Review 20:Ease of access.

Review 21:It was basically a motel made up of other hotels. The phone line was an old holiday inn phone, the cups and soaps were from other hotels

Review 22:Dirty towels, my room smelled bad

Review 23:The desk clerk was not friendly or very helpful.

Review 24:area was really sketchy. in fact the one thing open and that didnt ave bars on it at 10 pm was a little caesars where i was told to watch my car because i was in the worst part of knoxville.

Review 25:on budget your fine.

Review 26:Customer service sucks. I called hotel prior to stay to ask a few questions because i noticed previous reviews were not so favorable. The woman that answered said "well u can come see and if u want it u can get it and if not then dont!" The hotel furniture had stains all over them. The hotel is in a bad part of town and sirens were going off all day and night. The bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper and no shampoo. What hotel doent carry soap or shampoo?! I had to go buy my own for my stay. Also, i feel the hotel allows for pay by the hour. I saw drunks and i know the woman had to be a prostitute for hire. I felt really uncomfortable and will not stay there ever again.

Review 27:I enjoyed the knoxville zoo and shops in sevierville

Review 28:Everything...it was horrible... This is the worst place I have everbooked or stayed...

Review 29:Nothing ... there was roaches, the towels and washcloths were torn andstained ...people fighting in the parking lot...

Review 30:The reason why my friend and I booked this hotel was the price, and it is „close“ to Downtown. But it is old and in the middle of an industrial area and direct at the Interstate. The attendant restaurant is closed. And the only other retaurant is a Subway and two gas station shops. You need a car, if you want to get down to downtown. If you walk you need around one hour and I wouldn't do this again. The ride via taxi to Downtown is 10$ plus tip. The cleanness was in the bathroom OK, the Bed was dirty and the pillowcase was disrupted. The curtain was also broken and the wind blows through the door.

Review 31:It was cheap.

Review 32:Seedy neighborhood; seemed of questionable safety.

Review 33:It was filled with mildew smell dirty and would not have stayed if weren't exhausted and will not stay again.
