Review 8：Teeny, tiny bathroom. 5 day stay and floor was never swept or vacuumed, it got crunchy. Tiny window AC unit not up to the job. WiFi was unreliable, couldn't' stream anything.

Review 14：The staff was very friendly, the maid service was good. The rooms were more like cabins than motel rooms. The location was good because it was right on Route 6 but far enough away that you didn't hear the traffic.
Review 15：Shower pressure was a dribble. Paper thin walls. Blood stained sheets. Not fire safe -- only one way out of a second floor room. Bed very uncomfortable. No refrigerator for leftovers/snacks/drinks.

Review 17：Sleeping was uncomfortable due to very thick firm pillows and the fact that in our room the exterior lights shined through the blinds and into our eyes while lying in bed. The hotel is not well situated for cycling the cape due to the fact that in order to get anywhere you need to either cross highway 6 (nearly impossible), or ride on 2 miles on it to the closest traffic light (terrifying).

Review 21：Booking.com got the dates to the Inn wrong. They confirmed to us the correct dates but it was not sent to the Inn correctly. And was not available for us the first night.
Review 22：The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Our rooms were booked on the wrong nights but the staff went out of the way to fix and solve the problem. We didn't get the 2 room suite we had wanted but it all worked out fine.
Review 23：Door for adjoining rooms: conversations, sneezing, coughing can be heard through doors into adjoining rooms.
Review 24：Small motel that is very quiet: guiet hours are a great idea, Lovely views and great cross ventilation , no air conditioning needed. Wonderful thick towels for those after beach showers. Staff was so friendly and helpful
Review 25：We were shocked that they did not provide extra towels for their pool. In fact, we were told we couldn't even use our bath towels there and would have to go out and buy towels for the pool! We did not plan on going to the beach and therefore did not bring separate towels.

Review 31：This was a great experience! We even had a bit of a mishap coming into town late the first night. They had someone in our original room due to a bathroom issue but forgot to change it in the computer. Although it was frustrating at first, they were extremely accommodating and upgraded us accordingly. We were put in a sweet with a kitchen and they were very apologizetic. Over all, great cape cod experience! Highly recommend this place!
Review 32：The toilet was leaking so water was running and we had to turn it off to sleep. We informed management the next day. Our room had two separate entrances. One from the main hallway and one from the outside patio. However, they only provided one "do not disturb" door hanger. We put it where we thought the maid service would see to NOT disturb. But we found our room cleaned anyway. This wouldn't have been a problem, except that we left our valuables out expecting privacy. We did not complain to management as it was not the cleaning staff's fault really. But something to note for next time. Also there was no hotel guide in the room for Wi-Fi instructions, etc.
Review 33：The location on the coastline is excellent and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a very nice hotel with a classy feel but easy going atmosphere.
