Review 1：BEDBUGS & Management act as if it was my problem... I had to take my kids out of the hotel at 1245am due to the bugs in the bed looking like NYC traffic in the middle of Manhattan

There were bed bugs in one of my rooms so bad it look like NYC traffic under the sheets of all sizes & in my 2nd room there was a orange fanta soda can sticking out in clear sight along with a used napkin under the dresser so the 2nd RM wasn't cleaned well either...Also in that 2nd room there was a dirty was cloth that look used & stuff back in the towel as if it was clean... Management wasn't friendly at all...That's one hotel I would could NEVER stay even for FREE

Review 5：The room smelled. The bed was so loud it would wake you up at night. Elevator would go out. All trash was store indoors in the stairwell and reeked. Sprinklers were broke and added to the parking area flooding. Not a pleasant stay at all

Review 7：I did not appreciate getting charged for a night I never spent in the hotel. To compensate they offered me an extra night which wasn't beneficial for me because I needed to leave the date my reservations stated. They couldn't credit me for another night according to the policy the associate stated. So I got screwed out of 2 nights I didn't get to spend in the hotel. I did not like the fact I was placed on the first floor. I had a young child with me, how exciting to put my child to sleep with the people above me having a party. The items provided were filthy, I had random hairs in my towels. When I asked for new ones I caught attitude and was asked to just use the other towels I was provided. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm being a burden or a bother staying in a hotel. Especially when I am paying to stay there. Overall the money I spent to stay there was uncalled for I got ripped off and the service was atrocious. Never again
