Review 1：Bed bugs, dead and alive........... and waited 2 hours @ 9.30 pm. for maintenance to arrive. Never did and had to repair smoke alarm ourselves, when smoke from heating system set it off !! Not an hotel, but a motel with paper plates/plastic cutlery. Breakfast edible, but limited menu. Bit of a culture shock !!! Best Western............you must up your game !!

Review 2：Shuttle bus service was good, but beware, they ONLY collect from airport terminal B, on the lower level. This was never mentioned in phone calls and we waited 2 hours ! Nice large room. Quiet, considering locale. Good tv, guest 'pooter/printer and coffee maker in room. Staff pleasant, but ineffectual.

Review 3：The room did not smell so good . It said it was a non- smoking room,but it smelled like cigaret smoke. And then house keeping will come so early in the morning like around 8am and we were still sleeping . One day they did not nock on the door to come in and they tried to . I'm so glade I had the extra lock on the door so they could not bust up into the room :(

Review 6：Breakfast is less choice, just only omelet and sausage together with bagel and muffin. Well taste is ok but can't eat like that everyday while staying. I recommend to stay for 2 nights max.

Review 7：Hotel is a excellent location 15 min drive from the DFW airport. It is nearby Walmart next door and one mile away from Irving mall, including many fast foods around like 7-11, subway or Burger King.

Review 8：Room had the smell of stale smoke. The pillows smelled like stale smoke. The soap in the bathroom had already been unwrapped. Who knows if the soap had been used before.

Review 9：The bed had a cheap, squeaky mattress and was very uncomfortable. The furniture is outdated and need to be replaced. The staff is not personable. When i walked up to the counter to check in the lady tells me with an attitude "youre gonna have to have a seat and wait a minute!". I almost cancelled my stay but it was late and i was tired. at maintenance man knocked on my door at 8 in the am talking about i reported a slow draining tub but i never reported anything. I get home from a long day at work only to find that my key was no working so i had to go all the way to the front desk and wait for them to fix it.

Review 18：Had to jiggle toilet handle to get it to finish flushing, t.v. picture was very fuzzy on many channels. Could often hear other guests being quite loud very early in the morning and late at night. Came with a free breakfast, wish they would of had muffins of some sort, not big on eggs and cereals.

She was very pleasant and helpful!! The clean-up staff was awesome!! The lady who tended to my room made sure that I had whatever I needed!! The hotel was just minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport!! MY STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!

Review 45：They have a free shuttle from airport. But you have to call the hotel and ask the shuttle to be sent to airport. Believe me , at the airport near to the pick up point near gate no.10 , there is a free telephone. Lift the phone , follow the instructions and you can talk to the hotel free ... not only this hotel but dozens of hotel who send shuttle for their guests. But probably some of the hotel staff and airport staff themselves do not know of this wonderful facility.
