Review 1：Some Reception staff made you feel you were an inconvenience, no smiling. Breakfast wasn't great. Beds hard.

Review 2：Good location. Pool wasn't busy so was perfect as I didn't fancy the beach. Other staff were very friendly. Mini bar items were reasonably priced.

Review 3：I requested a late check out through bookings.com and received a reply confirming it. However on the day of check out I decided to double check if all was in order and it was not. A late check out had either not been confirmed with them or there was a break down in communication in the hotel itself. Either way it was upsetting and affected my plans.

Ventilation not working well enough, so smelly. 24 hours. 3) 2 bedrooms, only 1 TV, 1 refrigerator,1 cabinet, 1 dressing table.. Very inconvenience.. 4) mosquitoes fly here n there. Air conditioning in room 2, not working very well. 5) the beds so noisy, whenever you move..time to change new beds. 6) Stayed for 2 nights, the breakfast was the same. 7)recommend expensive city tour n lousy n costly food.

Review 21：I asked for a late check out as I didn't need to leave for the airport until 6pm. They refused, despite the fact that it was low season and the hotel was practically empty. Breakfast was pretty half-hearted and food was left uncovered so that wasps swarmed around. I felt the place was overpriced (I have stayed in nicer places in Phuket and Krabi for half the price).

The cleaning lady could see me sitting in bed mthrough the glass door, but she knocked and asked my husband if she could clean the room now, it was only 8. 30 & there were no Do Not Disturb/Make up room signs.

Very limitedparking I think about 5 cars, which can be taken by the restaurant usersif you return late to the hotel. The safety deposit boxes were in asmall room by the reception and not in the room.

The hotel didn't haveits own restaurant, but breakfast was served at a beautiful Frenchrestaurant adjacent to the hotel where unlimited breakfast was served.There were 2 other restaurants also adjacent. The hotel whilst beingclose to the centre of town (40 Meters) is far enough to be very quiteat night. When we arrived with 5 large suitcases and 12 smaller/bagsthe staff immediately loaded the luggage and transported it to our room.Very helpful. A good tip ensured that there was always a reservedparking space for me.

Review 41：Breakfast was poor. The bathroom was tatty. The shower over the bath is DANGEROUS! There is not enough flat surface at the bottom of the bath to stand up safely. Somebody is going to lose their balance and hurt themself!

Review 43：There was another hotel with the same name about 7km before this one while traveling from BKK. We had real trouble finding this property because of this confusion. No was able to guide us because of language limitations.

Review 45：We stayed there for 2 weeks. According to hotel information the suite included 2 bedrooms and the lounge area with a sofa. Actually the sofa and the table were just in one of the bedrooms. The suite had only 1 toilet not 2 for each bedroom. Also it had clothes closet and mirror only in one of bedrooms. The bath was clogged.

They called me at 11.30am to ask about when to check out and when we open the curtain, a lot of hotel maids in front of the room. Look so pressure to me & my friend to come out. The main door of the room is difficult to lock and also the bathroom's door.

Though it is directly in front of the hotel, it is a little confusing as you really don't expect you'll have to go outside first to have breakfast.
