Review 1：There was a hypodermic needle in the bathroom above a light fixture! The room was rundown - hole in the couch. The mattress was like sleeping on piece of plywood.

Review 11：4 old soiled mattresses & bed frames on roof outside our door. Pool was filthy dirty with leaves, debris, and a dead frog. Pool filters were turned off. Sofa in room smelled very strong of body odor. Covered it with bed spread to contain smell. Stairs and halls were filthy dirty with old spills and dirt and debris. Upon arrival we asked to cancel our reservation, but lady at front desk made it difficult to follow thru. Walls and ceiling in room were stained and dirty!!! Your ratings were 3.7. Very misleading. Your rating system is way off base. If I ran my business in this way??? I would not have a business!!!! Oh? The pool furniture is in deplorable dirty condition.

Review 20：My room was facing the freeway AND THE WASHER AND DRYER WERE JUST OUTSIDE MY DOOR. People were doing laundry until 2:00AM and it was so noisy. The sound proofing is not very good at all. Please consider installing double pane windows for sound proofing.

Review 50：We went to a wedding in Morgan hill. This hotel was right off the freeway and only about 2 miles from the winery/wedding location. So the location was perfect. The wallpaper in our room was cute and the tv was a good size. The counter space in the bathroom was nice and big and and was pretty clean. We asked for a late check out (check out at 11) and they gave us an extra 45 minutes so that was helpful.
Review 51：First non smoking room reamed of smoke and had burn marks in couch. Second room SC was loud making weird noises when on. Third room had black mold in bathroom on drywall and the front office said they have never had that complaint on that room so they don't believe it was there. So we took pictures and showed them. Still have the pics and going to turn then in to corp. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel staff not knowledgeable and doesn't even know when a manager will be on duty.

The bed was so worn out that it actually sunk down and hurtyour back. But the worst part was the lack of any manager to help. Wetried repeatedly to speak with a manager but kept getting the total runaround and excuses. We thought it would have served the motel well by atleast offering a discounted first night or even take it off our billcompletely, but no luck. I would never stay here again!!! I would hopeBooking.com would remove this motel from their website so no one elsehas to deal with this incredibly unprofessional establishment!

Checked out a day early and the staff tried to tell me that I would be charged for all three days of my original reservation. Didn't like the highway noise (right off US101) which made it impossible to relax at the pool, or the groundskeepers who started their power equipment early on Sunday morning.

We had to wait for the employee to get off to tell us that check in wasn't until 3pm and we would have to come back because she would have to call and see if the room was ready, but never called anyone to check and see if the room was ready or not. We could of register and them come back. The Breakfast could of had been stocked a little better, you had to wait a while for some items to be replentished. Trash can on property were all full and trash was being place around trash cans.
