Review 1：The air conditioner was like ice and blew right on the bed underneath it. My husband kept turning it off, but then it got way too hot in the room.

Review 3：It's an older property than what it looks like online. The room, though clean and comfortable, was much smaller than any queen suite we'd ever stayed in.

Review 39：We had registered for a king room, non-smoking. The room, next to the concierge desk reeked of smoke. We were given a new room (two queens were all that was available.) The beds weren't even actual queens, just full, room 242. No discount was offered. I don't like it when hotels knowingly try to pawn off "not as advertised rooms" on guests and then switch the product with no offer or accommodation. What's worse is when the switched product isn't even the advertised product either. Poor customer service and deceptive all around. Disappointing.
