Review 1：The bathroom had a strong smell of damp, this could well be because it was almost impossible to use the bath shower attachment without a significant amount of water going everywhere. Not a very clever set up frankly. The TV remote was dead and whilst this was resolved very cheerfully and efficiently by the lady on reception that did make me suspect it was not an uncommon occurrence! To be honest having seen the size of other rooms as we walked down the corridor the price we paid for a "suite" was a a little excessive compared to the prices advertised for the other, not so much, smaller rooms.

Review 3：The room was spacious but very run down. The shower head did not have much pressure. The window in the bathroom was faulty. The TV advertised lots of international channels, however most of them did not work! It's a nice hotel but it needs some repair, otherwise the price is not justified

Review 7：I asked for a quiet room and I was given a room on the 1th floor, street side. I did not sleep and the man at the reception diesk was very unkind. It was a quiet period, and a lot of rooms were empty.

We want to thank also offer the bottle of sparkling asti, the hotel staff gave me on my birthday..and the affection that had to translate for Portuguese a beautiful birthday message...I call these gestures knowing captivate the customer and make him feel at home...Thank you so much...Paulo Ribeiro and Avelina..Obrigado.

Review 13：My daughter spent one week at this lovely hotel and will definitely return. We appreciated that we felt welcome, yet the staff was very discreet. The breakfast Buffet was excellent, copious and well-presented. It never took on that "battlefield" appearance after 9.30 like one see too often in some hotels. The staff at breakfast was friendly and never forgot that I took my coffee strong with milk. The cleanliness of the room was excellent . My only remark would be that for the price the room was a bit small. But this would not keep me from returning nor recommending it to friends and family.

Review 18：unfriendly owner, we received a rather unclean smoking room instead of non smoking and were not allowed to change rooms. no parking, poor breakfast quality,wellness was not open anymore at arriving time. far too expensive for a hotel that deserves a maximum of 2 stars

Review 34：It was a very clean, well run and friendly hotel where everything worked. The food was excellent and good value and the service was friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation staying there again, and will do sometime soon.

Review 35：Good overall! The restaurant, especially dinner is great. Fresh prepared products, right size portions, very tasty and good looking plates. Original flavors, good honest meat, low salt, modest use of (again, home made) sauce. Even if you're not staying in the hotel, make sure you go to StrarckX restaurant !
