Review 1：Staff not pleasant on departure (night staff as we were checking out at 6.30 am). I really do object to seeing staff come out of their cubby hole in their jim jams carrying their blanket ! We had one bottle of water from the mini bar. did not stay for breakfast so that cost was saved for the hotel. Night staff chased us into car park to pay 50 baht for a bottle of water from mini bar (extortionate price for these parts) despite lady in jim jams stating we did not need to pay for it Night staff training required!!!!!!
Review 2：Exceptionally clean can't get much closer to the restaurant area than this (other than in £250 a night rooms at Hilton or Centara) Staff pleasant on arrival
Review 3：hotel room was in need of a little upgrade. Although it was a no smoking room you could still smell old smoke. It was as though the room needed to be re-painted and re-furbished to take the smell away.

Review 5：The staff let a door slam in our face at the front door The staff put the breakfast away 15 mins early so instead of 10.30am finish it was 10.15am. And last but not least the bar staff kept insinuating Mt thai girlfriend was a bar girl ie prostitute . Even though we remonstrated with her on the second night . She enquired to her did we have sex the night before ??lol was astounded .Totally unprofessional and not acceptable we will never ever be staying there again

Review 7：Staff were courteous but were not enthusiastic to provide details of the city when asked. I believe all rooms have twin beds combined to make it a double bed, which was very uncomfortable. We had same breakfast for all four days and it was average. We felt that the hotel price was on slight higher side. Anyway it was practically empty. As you only get people visiting Hua Hin during weekends.
Review 8：The rooms were clean and has a small balcony. The swimming pool was nice. The hotel is close to the beach.
Review 9：Staff did not have any courtesy, they even did not offered the water when we reached and asked for it. They were rude. Swimming pool was very deep and is dangerous for non swimmers

Review 15：Yes. We wanted to pay by mastercard. They demanded 250 baht IN CASH before they would accept this. No receipt. When we challenged this the next day, reception said .We cannot give you a receipt but as the bill was under 10,000 baht, they said can give us the 250 baht cash back. Somewone on the fiddle ?

Review 17：The American Ex-Pat community also includes a large number of former and retired military folks. This was a weekend to meet up with friends in a nice resort setting. It is an older property, centrally located to the city and beach but that's about where the shine comes off the silver. This hotel has virtually zero parking. If you enjoy jockeying through an overcrowded parking lot to go to a restaurant, this is your place as long as you are walking. The lobby is nicely decorated but needs a facelift. The lobby bar was unattended and only saw staff when they put out the booze. We were never asked if we cared for a drink.A ground floor restaurant appeared to be shut off and not in use save maybe a wedding reception or other function. The primary restaurant was on the 2nd floor adjacent to the pool. the sign says it is open from 0630-1800. We went in only for the free breakfast buffet. It's a good thing the buffet was free as I would not pay for it. The eggs were pre-cooked with hard yolks and could have been used for hockey pucks. the only thing harder on the buffet was the French Toast and those could be used for boomerangs.There was a small selection of meats, very small! There was a small pork sausage (read hot dog) and some boiled sandwich ham slices. There was also sautee'd potatoes. Brown or white bread for toast and something that looked like orange juice to drink. The Thai food being offered was of substantially better quality and taste.Our room was on the 5th floor and a city view since we were not at the beach. Expecting at least a queen size bed, we were disappointed when we discovered 2 twin beds. The room like the rest of the hotel is in need of a facelift. An outdated tube TV set upon a cabinet that also held what you'd recognize as a dorm room fridge. It was stocked well and we had room for our supplies. The furniture was old rattan in design and no electrical outlet in close proximity of the bed for medical appliance connections.

WiFI will leave you pulling your hair out. Staff miserable and breakfast, well, awful is the only word I can think of that can be used on a review site. Could really use a few more choice ones but... Eggs and potatoes, cold and well, awful, the same offering every single morning without change. Now to the Pigeons. Unable to use the miniscule balcony as it was being used as a roost for Pigeons. The hotel pool is nothing but a big bird bath for the pigeons in fact the hotel is nothing but a big pigeon loft. Pigeon Central.

Review 70：A lot of the facilities not available. Example, bar by pool, coffee shop. Considering the price for Thailand, a bit pricey for what you get. However, Hua Hin is relatively expensive compared to some other resorts. A card in the room contains an extensive list of quite expensive 'fines' that will be imposed if items are damaged, broken or lost. A bit off-putting. I reported all the stuff that was faulty in my room, including the shower and radio, just incase they thought I'd damaged it. Not the best way to start a hotel room stay.
Review 71：Friendly staff. The hotel is not far from the general beach entrance. Swimming pool ok. In the sunlight until about 1pm.
