Review 1：We could hear every noise in the room above and beside us, including conversations, showers, toilets, etc. We were expecting better accommodations for the price, even with the bookings.com discount.

Review 10：The room was great, we got a king size no smoking and we're really surprised by how nice the room was. My partner and I came down to find a place to lease since we're moving at the end of the month so we wanted something cheap and close to downtown but not disgusting. This place was perfect, we had a micro fridge, microwave, living space and bed space separated and just really great sized room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and their breakfast bar has hot food and the lady running it is constantly moving stocking things up. Also as we were leaving the room one afternoon the cleaning lady stopped us to ask if we wanted our room serviced or not since she knew some people were weird about it. She was just extremely polite. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Review 11：Pool are is in dispart need of an update with new items that are NOT broken. Pipe broken in bathroom needed to be fixed water leaking everywhere when turning on sink.

Review 13：Had a wedding at 3pm, asked if we could get in room by 1pm to get ready. One desk clerk said we could One desk clerk said I'd need to book a room for day before to get ready. Rooms were ready. Charged me for extra night anyway which we didn't use.

Review 14：Location seems a little sketchy. Was overcharged about $10 from the quoted Booking.com rate but didn't notice until I already left the hotel. Not sure if I will try getting that money back or just let it slide.

Review 15：The sofa bed was great. The extra space was perfect for my family. Indoor pool area is convenient to splash around. Free breakfast is always a plus.

Review 16：Be aware that the price that they quote you is not including the tax it adds another 20 to 30 dollars. also the pictures make the hotel look a lot bigger than it actually is. Its actually really small. The pool area is really small. The rooms were really big.

Review 17：I liked the size of the room. The service was great. The breakfast lasted the full amount of hours and they kept refreshing the food so it never ran out.the TV was really big and swiveled so you could watch it from anywhere in the room. The couch has a bed in it.

Review 18：There was not enough parking to accommodate guest, and our keys never worked! We would get to our room after spending a day with family and then wouldn't be able to get in our room. I understand the magnetic strip can become demagnitized; however, I highly doubt this is the case when its kept in the sleeve and in a shirt pocket. The parking was ridiculous, and when I asked the young lady if it was normal for them to not have enough parking to accommodate paying guest, she was very rude and unprofessional in her response. When I brought this up to management, I was basically told if I wanted a parking space to come back to my room early! I would rather pay more, for the same luxury, nicer staff, keys that work, and a guaranteed parking space at the Hampton!

Review 19：The room was very nice and very comfortable! Especially considering we were only there to sleep.

Review 20：The room had an offensive strong odor, the tv did not work properly, the walls were thin enough to hear conversations next door, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the hotel is old and dated, the staff looked miserable, and on the second day of our five day reservation, two sets of car keys mysteriously disappeared off of the table within three minutes apart. We tore the room apart and emptied every suitcase and bag, never finding the keys....which was creepy and par for the course of our experience there. Needless to say, we checked out and went to a nicer hotel that was the same price per night after pet fees and taxes were included. We never found either one of the key chains. Sharing a room with a poltergeist is not appealing to us, so we will never stay at Best Western again!

Review 25：Wonderful staff, wonderful rooms... The handicap accessible room and adjoining room were wonderful! The handicap shower had a large shower bench! The rooms were clean, modern, cozy, and very nice! Breakfast was good. Way more than we expected!

Review 26：It was a bit far from Neyland Standium, but that ended up being a good thing because there was basically no traffic.

Review 27：It was very clean. It seemed to have been newly remodeled. The outside was older looking, but the inside was exceptionally nice. The staff was very friendly, and even called me by name. It was easy to get in and out of.

Then I asked a question, I don't even remember what, she said yes (sharply) the added"I mean yes ma'am"rather rudely. Then we went to the room and turned on the a.c. and it smelled quite nasty . My husband and I traveledthat from Louisiana to Texas then home, stayed in four hotels this was the least inviting.

Review 31：We were passing through Knoxville , the Hotel was close and convenient. The price was good and we were comfortable with the brand.

Review 32：The toilet in our room was stopped up when we got there with cigarette butts floating in it. They never came to fix it as they promised so we had to use the one in the loby. When we complained at Check out they did knock off 17 dollars for the inconvenience.

Review 110：The Best Western has definitely improved!!!!! My husband actually really love this stay. We were in walking distance to everything, in which was awesome!!! These rms cost little over $70 and worth every penny.... very nice rooms!!!

Review 111：The location was not very good and seemed to be a "bad part of town" once I got there. The elevator was not working efficiently and took a long time to get between the 3 floors. The treadmill was out of order and the fitness room's thermostat was broken. The cords on my TV had a short in them, so the cable kept going out. I was frustrated with many things about the hotel in this regard. However, the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. When I would call the front desk to ask about the cable, they responded immediately. Also, the manager personally got me a day pass to a local gym since their treadmill was broken (I'm training for a charity run for cancer research, so I booked this hotel based on the advertisement of having a fitness center IN-HOUSE). The staff's kindness and helpfulness more than made up for my other frustrations with the facility.
