Review 1：The breakfast was not impressive at all. There is a slice of quiche and a slice of cake for each person, and some yogurt and fruits, and that was it. No French pastry or crepe was offered. Knowing the quality of the breakfast, we would have dined out instead. Evening turn down service was not offered. Cheese platter was offered, no wine or chocolates. There are other complimentary drinks and alcohols available though.
Review 2：The garden is full of pretty flowers. We spent quite a while taking photos there. Owner's dogs are cute and friendly. Rooms are filled with antique furniture. Fireplace is very useful too in the spring to keep the rooms warm. Towels are thick and soft. Terry the owner was very kind to have allowed us early check in and late check out. He also offered to book restaurants on our behalf. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

Review 5：The shower/tub may need some handles for elderly visitors. But where do you put them? The tub is off the floor , so the step out is a few inches farther than expected.

Review 10：Quiet place to stay. The rooms are comfortable with all of the amenities that you need. It is walking distance to some very good restaurants and shops.

Review 12：The owner saw to us personally and upgraded us twice. Feed us cheese and fruit. Brandy and various wines and beers were included. The rooms are so beautiful. Antiques everywhere and most beautifully decorated with Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. The gardens are gorgeous, only sorry it was raining and I had a bad cold, so we couldn't take advantage of the gardens and the beautiful gazebo with hot tub. But roaring fireplace, good food and the feeling of being royalty more than made us happy!
