Review 1：The bathroom had roaches crawling around the tub, a hair ball was on the left side of the bed, so of course I slept at the foot of the bed.. The TV did not have a good picture and for it to be a non smoking room, the room smelled like smok, and the garbage had not been changed..

Review 3：We arrived at 2:58 for a 3pm check in and the lady at the counter told us she was counting her drawer out and we would have to wait for the next person to come....which took 20 mins. The place is run down and needs a lot of TLC, I took picks but this app only let me load one. There were roaches also. Stay somewhere else.

Review 10：No cooking utensils in kitchenette. Waited a couple hours befor some were brought to the room. A group of ten to fifteen young guys hanging out in the breezeway. Fleas in the room!!!!!!

Review 12：The manager Jeniffer was very rude. When I called to make sure myreservation was still in place. She made the statement that she had 3others on hold and was it anything else that I needed. Which was veryrude. The room didn't have a iron, remote control or a ironingboard. It also had dead bugs in the room. I changed rooms 3 times. Iwasn't pleased with this room at all and will never stay here again

Review 14：We booked this room because there was a kitchen but when we arrived there was only a knife and a spoon to eat! Stinky room (even though we booked a non smoking room on purpose) and the Tv had no sound. The room needs to be refreshed...

Review 16：I visited this hotel a couple years back and it was very nice and upscale .. now it is very ran down and cheap looking . if i had known it was this way I wouldn't have picked this hotel to say at out of all the rooms in Jackson . The towels had stains .. The environment is not safe .

Review 17：No breakfast and room was dirty. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom counter and blood drops in the floor and blood smear on the door frame. The maintenance man knock on our door at 10 am to make sure we were checking out at 11 am. We accidentally locked ourselves out of out room at 7:30 am and there was no one there to help until 9:00 am.

Review 19：When we made it to the hotel an paid for the night.... That's whenthe desk clerk told us that they were working on the water an it willnot be ready til after 5pm. An it was just 2:30pm. After our 11 hoursdriver an had to be somewhere at 4pm was very inconvenient....

Review 24：Staff was outstanding. The room had an incredible amount of space for the money. Located right next to the interstate for quick and easy travel but I didn't hear any highway noise.

Review 25：Everything it use to be a very respectable place to stay. Didn't realize since it was no longer the Residence Inn that it was so trashy. The roaches greeted me at the door. I was willing to give the hotel a chance I tried 4 room and the first room the bathroom was dirty the second roaches were crawling on the walls and the kitchen had dead roaches on the counters the third had roaches crawling on the mirror in the bathroom and the rooms were so dusty in the forth one on the other side there were people sitting outside smoking something other then a cigarette playing loud music and at that point I didn't feel safe or comfortable.

So the manager gave a suite room for the same price which was great because It had to bathrooms and beds, one was upstairs and one was downstairs. there was also a door to close off from the living room downstairs. Also we had trouble getting into our room when we first arrived, went back to the desk and the manager quickly sent someone to assist us. It took the man twenty minutes because the door power was running low, but he was very kind and got us in

Review 84：Staff did not pay attention to cleanliness. The front table was not clean (jelly stains, food streaks) and microwave was filthy and television only provided 5 channels.

Review 85：The front staff was both friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Security was also very friendly and made us feel very safe because we arrived at a very late hour.

Review 86：I'm sure this hotel had some fine rooms for the price but this hotel & almost all other "budget" hotels, put you in their worst rooms if you have a pet with you. This one had urine stains on the floor, along with food, and a plastic fork? The bathroom was filthy & the toilet water valve ran constantly too. I believe if you travel with a very well behaved, clean pet like mine, and a hotel charges you a pet fee, you should have just as good of a room as any other guest and if damage is done the guest should be charged for any damage accordingly. My room conditions shouldn't be poor because in the past other pet owners have damaged rooms during their stay. I informed the desk at checkout of my room conditions and asked if at the very least they would drop my pet fee- They charged me the full amount. To me it seems that most hotels decide to allow pets so they can charge an extra pet fee and put the guests with pets in rooms that are dirty or would otherwise be unacceptable to other guests. Hotels should either say that they are "pet friendly," and mean it, or say we "allow pets" but you will be charged extra and your room will be dirty.

Review 93：When I arrived, they were out of the queen room I reserved... so I got a 2 br penthouse suite instead for the same price! 3 televisions, 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a fireplace? It was awesome! They have wifi in each building, so the signal is very strong.

Review 96：The hotel seemed to be a place for drug addicts and displaced people. The staff was not helpful. There was a note posted in the bathrooms asking us to only request fresh towels if we needed them. We were there for 4 days and our room was cleaned only once. I was told that since we were not staying 5 days that we weren't entitled to cleaning services. The room also had lights that didn't work. We reported this and the maintenance guy came to review but never returned to repair. In all my years of traveling I've never stayed in such a horrible place. Never again!

Review 97：The room was a great size for my family and reasonably priced.

Review 98：This hotel did not feel safe. The buildings were in disrepair - siding falling off the outside, wallpaper peeling off on the inside. The trash cans all over the property were so full they were spilling out, I don't think they get emptied very often. Inside the room decor was dated and the room was very dirty. We found shoes and trash under one bed and someone's hair in the bathtub. There were people coming and going all night from the room above us with lots of noise. This was a fail.

Review 100：The room needs updating badly. I felt ichey from the time I arrived to the room until I left. The A/C went out. The room had a funky smell to it. Some of the towels had permanent stains in them even after washing. The staircase to the second floor is in bad need of repair. The wifi needs something done to it. Had to log back in every 10 minutes and sometimes could not log back in at all.
