Review 1：they did not have my rezervation I made a few days earlier ... instead I was offered a room unlike the one I saw in the pictures when I made the rezervation on line , dirty and smelling bad and at a much higher price ... I was verry dissapointed ...

Review 4：Very poor breakfast. Impolite and indolent employees at reception. The restaurant, bar and everything in the hotel were closed during my stay "for cleaning reasons" without appologizes or other intentions to help us. At my request for preparation even a coffee , we were directed anywhere in the city. Expensive hotel for such poor services. I do not recommend this hotel for accomodation to other tourists.

Review 7：Stoped here on the way home from Budapest quite late at night. We had a very good sleep and an acceptable breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Review 31：Breakfast, i have just tried it once, i was already "signed in" by the restaurant staff.... very strange; they said it was an honest mistake although i think they were not more than 10 rooms in the hotel, and i was the only one on the 4th floor. I choose something very simple, boiled eggs, the result was a joke of a food, i couldn't touch this; hence didn't try it again

Review 33：The hotel is located in the town center. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, nicely arranged. From the balcony you could see the citadel and the singing fountain. Breakfast was good.
Review 34：But - dear management please do something about front desk staff greeting guests with a cigarette in their hands and off-duty staff hanging out behind the front desk to smoke. Worse still was finding all three kitchen staff at breakfast smoking in the breakfast room fouling the air where I was supposed to eat breakfast. Truly, you have a great hotel and you do not need staff that makes their own rules.

I participated in the Virsliolor Semi-marathon and the Hotel provided an excellent base to prepare before and to relax after the run.

Review 45：Air conditioning was not working at all, other than throwing noise out,very hot day and the room was unbearably hot! We had to leave thebalcony door open and it was very busy outside with a bar opposite thatwas belting music out until 2.30am - the noise from people and trafficall night kept us awake throughout. The beds also had plastic sheets on- and was very dirty/dusty underneath too. Could not recommend thishotel at all and will not be returning.
