Review 1：i have been to this hotel 3 times... I returned because of the location and the room interior... however, it has been the last time that I have gone there... room interior starts to be outworn now... they seem not to care about to maintain their rooms... the internet did never work during my 3 visits... staff is unfriendly, lazy and not helpful... breakfast is tasteless and remained unchanged for the last few years... no towels at the swimming pool in the afternoon, if you want one you have to go in the morning... and last but not least... all water taps are turning in the wrong direction and it is also not possible to see which one is cold and which hot... so you surely burn yourself a few times... not recommended...

Review 3：No place in the bathroom to hang your towel, complicated bathtub that was very hard to climb in and out of... Wifi signal was weak in my room, but I didn't bother to change rooms as i had a short stay.

Review 5：The hotel is a tad run down. The shower flooded into the bathroom when we used it and was not fixed when we reported it. We had to make an improvised fix ourselves. Plug would not stay in the sink. Food was not great at breakfast.

The air-con in the suites are just next to the bed, wind blowing directly on your face and make you uncomfortable. Air-con is not strong enough to make the whole room cool even though I lowered the temperature to 18c.
Review 47：Close to night market and convenient to approach everywhere. I like the decor of the hotel, it's traditional Thai style. The staff are nice even though their English isn't very good.

Review 61：Location is the best thing about the hotel. Most of your needs are walking distance from the hotel including the train station. The morning breakfast was a great way to start your day. The place is very clean and the staff was always friendly. We arrived early but was able to leave our luggage at the hotel and walk around until our room was ready. We will stay here again for sure.
Review 62：Upon checkin our booking could not be found. After this was finally sorted, we had to wait for almost an extra hour after normal checkin time for our room. Our room was a twin not a double and was right next to the lift which could be heard and vibration felt every time it was used. Room was small. Not impressed with attitude of staff either.

Hotel did not checkthe motorbike for us first, and we were too laid-back so forgot to checkthe condition of the bike either, our bad. After we filled the gas tankof the bike and departed to our first sightseeing stop, the motorbikewas something wrong. We were about 30 mins away from hotel almostarrving our destination#1. So we decided to finish our 1st sightseeingand have lunch first. On the way returned to hotel, we drove very veryvery slow for we did not want to get hurt. Disregarded our 2nd and 3rdstop for we want to get back to hotel to report the status asap. And thefront desk reception told us to drive the bike to the rental storedirectly!!!!! Why?! If we had knew, we would have rented the motorbikewith rental store for saving our money and time and trust. They did noteven send guys to check the bike. 24Hours- bike-rental we've justused 2.5hrs. The rude recepetion staff left aside our bike to hotelfront rest all the day then. With this awful attitude, even while wechecked out, We heard no sound with my friend returned-room-key. She didnot say a word only ignored us. So we thought the check-out process wasdone. Carrying our luggages would leave the weird place. However, thepoor hotel doorman was send to us for delivered the messenge from theawful reception that she demanded us to stop leaving because she did notyet call housekeeper to check our room. Then why she did not say a wordwhen we returned the key to her??????A &Quot;moment,please""was so difficult to her???THE Worst service we haveever seen. At last, we were so pissed off and asked her name. She said"NO". She did not want to give us her name!!!!! Our vacationends up with so much tired and powerless.

And yes, as some have said before, staff is not really fluent in English which sometimes may be a small hurdle to take, but he... be a little patient and take your time to explain what you want / need and things will be taken care of. In addition, the location is perfect as it is close to the beach and the night market
