Review 1：Not clean ,there were hot wires hanging from the wall ,the refrigerator didn't work or the electrical outlets ,sat on the bed fell straight on the floor .
Review 2：Got to take a shower after 8 hrs of driving
Review 3：it was horrible, dirty and we had bedbugs. In fews rooms you couldn´t switch the light on, so we had to move three times.

Review 7：The toilet leaked. The front desk allowed room to be taken out of my name without my permission. TV had no variety of channels. Asked for first floor room but was given 3rd floor.

Review 9：Cleanliness. I was afraid to touch ANYTHING in my room including the toilet. Luckily I am a guy. I considered sleeping on top of the bed, but figured it would be dirtier than the sheets. When I pulled the blankets back, I saw it had clean sheets. I crawled in and stayed there. I even kept my shoes next to the bed so that my feet did not have to touch the floor. You might think I am picky, but I am a rancher and used to dirt and this place was unnerving.
Review 10：The price was attractive BEFORE I checked in. Once I got to my room the price was way too high!
Review 11：Everything was old and worn out. There was a hole in the wall, there were insects, no maintanance at all. During the night there were loud voices right in front of our door, which realy scared us. At the frontdoor you could see, not to long ago sombody tried to break in.

Review 14：refridgerator wasn't working, microwave wasn't working, lights beside the bed wasn;t working, smelled like cigarette smoke and I ask for non-smoking room.

Review 16：The room reaped of smoke; the mattress was unstable; the “yellow” bedspread was dirty with something sticky on it. Bedbugs were prevalent. The “white” towels were dingy and really thin. There was no hot water the 2nd and 3rd day. I was told 6 other customers were running water constantly and this is why there was no hot water. I had to leave on the 3rd day, really had to take a bath after cleaning and working on a home that I recently purchased in Jackson. The hotel is in dior need of major updating and carpet replacement. The attendant stated she could not give me a refund for the 4th day but could give me another days say in the future. I explained that I had just purchased a home and would not be needing to stay in the future. She took my card number and telephone number and stated she would talk to the owner. This was 2 days ago and I have not heard anything from the hotel as of date.

Review 32：Hotel owner was not as friendly and was not willing to compensate for the problems encounter. When problems was discussed with hotel owner promises were made and was not handled in the appropriate way. Rooms were not as clean as they should be, went to several rooms before I found one that was halfway stable. Was told that the room would be clean by the owner and it was not cleaned until the hotel manager got involved. The owners tried to manipulate and make excuses as well as manipulate their way into keeping the money without compensating or providing provisions for the discomfort and insufficient services. Manager of hotel was more effective with handling the situation.

Review 34：The first room we were assigned we couldn't get into because the electronic lock was defective. The room we stayed in was clean but the bathtub had no slip protection of any kind.

Review 36：Unit was very small. The tub/shower surface needed repair/replacement. Toilet slow flush. Live roaches. No coffee. Stingy with ice cubes. Carpet dirty. Freezer missing from fridge. Cancelled rebooking and booked at Select 10 next door.

Review 38：It's in a bad neighborhood with shady characters. Several bumsbegged for money and I was always on guard for fear of being mugged. Theair conditioner did not work. The room was filthy and run-down. The costof the room is more expensive than your average inn. I checked out afterthe first night and went somewhere else.
Review 39：The rooms have microwaves and refridgerators at least. Staff wasfriendly. But you can find so many other decent budget-friendly innsoff of I-55.
