Review 1：Plumbing noise from other rooms above kept me up. Obviously they were up a lot all night.

Review 2：Room was very spacious and clean. Well appointed and nicely decorated. For the price it was a pleasant surprise.

Review 3：Clean, comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast was nice. One of the closest hotels to the Boise airport. Being one of the least expensive was an added bonus. Plentiful parking spaces. Outstanding value!

Review 4：I had to spend a day in the room working. The internet connection was awesome; so much better than the typical hotel. They also had enough lighting to work and a really sweet desk chair. Staff was great. Rooms were clean, and I am picky. Hotel is near the airport and a short drive to both BSU and downtown. It's a great value.

Review 5：The walls are very thin, a couple next door were making extra loud noises throughout the whole morning, awakened very early by their noise.

Review 12：People think it's cute to doorbell ditch in the middle of the night...not cool. The toilet rocked back and forth and there was hair in the tub when we checked in. They also knew we had a cat, and put two huge dogs next to us.

Review 28：I liked the fact the room we had had a extra twin bed along with the 2 queens but twin blocked the air-conditioner so when bed got good and cold the thermostat on AC shut it off before the room was even down to a comfortable temp. Other than the housekeeping being loud and vacuuming when i was trying to sleep, it was good stay.

Review 34：Although we requested a smoke free room, and all the rooms in our hall had signs on the doors that said no smoking, the room smelled strongly of smoke. Both days that we went to breakfast (each at different times) the Breakfast area was out of basic items, like hot water for oatmeal or milk for cereal. It was hard to find anyone to refill them.

I would have been absolutely embarrassed to have to see that from my place of employment. The desk clerk was more agitated about having to deal with us! Rude rude rude! Will not recommend to friends and will never be there again! The situation in our room was an absolute bio hazard!

All I received was a "sorry about that" under their breath, a discount on the bill or future visit would have been nice, even a sincere apology.

Review 121：I'm gluten intolerant so I would have liked a little more variety in the breakfast. Maybe a cereal that is gluten free and some hard boiled eggs would have been nice, I had orange juice and an apple. those were my options. other than that we loved our stay.

Review 127：We just needed a clean inexpensive stay as we were passing through Boise. The images on line were of updated rooms and we weren't misled. They weren't the Taj Mahal but they were clean and the bedding was newer and modern. (Bedding that looked like it could really be cleaned, not sketchy like some places.) The inn is right off the exit, easy to find, and right next to the airport. I was worried that it would be noisy but despite the location, all was quiet. The breakfast was nothing fancy but the fresh waffles are always good. Over all it was a really great deal and it was clean and convenient.

Review 128：The room was clean and nicely furnished. They knew we were coming so the AC was already on with a very nice cool room awaiting us . Very rare! Also for the airport being so close we didn't even notice any loud or consistent noise. For the money spent couldn't ask for more.

Review 129：Wish there was a makeup mirror attached to the wall with makeup lights so you don't have to lean across the sink counter to put makeup on. It would be easier for older people.

Review 131：At 3 am I was very hot, so I turned up the air conditioner. Then my husband and son get very cold. I called the front desk and asked to have a few more blankets brought to the room. They could not deliver cause the receptionist could not leave the desk. So I turned down the AC and tried to sleep in my own sweat so my husband and son would not be cold. If we would have had more blankets, I could have left the AC on. We did have the option of going to get them ourselves, but like I said it was around 3am, we were all in our pajamas, and did not feel like getting dressed and going down. All the other hotels we have stayed in, they do offer that convenience.
