Review 1：the down full is the car park was crouded and we couldnt get a park, we had to park up the road and carry our bags all the way back to the room,

Review 3：Bed and pillows where very uncomfortable, also was bitten by spider still very itchy now after a few days. Room spelt like a hospital.

Review 5：Due to a very serious medical condition to my wife that gave no warning. I had to cancel two out of our three night booking. There was no offer of reduced charges. I had to pay full price for two nights that we did not use the room.

Review 6：We enjoyed the short walks to all the cafes and hotels as the motel was just around the corner from these places and the main street of Victor Harbor. The sea front was also only a short ,pleasant stroll away. Very relaxing and convenient if you didn't want to drive anywhere else.

Review 19：The gentleman that owns the place was rude from the moment I booked through to us checking out! They weren't accomodating to us arriving at 8pm which advised on the website was acceptable after we'd explain we had completed a 8 hour drive with our parents. The fire alarm went off twice once at 6am and again at 7am for no reason at all and they had no apology! The bathrooms were very old, basic and not very good for the price! Thank goodness we only stayed one night.

Review 22：When my boyfriend and I arrived, there was sth wrong with the booking and we were not on the record. The staff was really friendly and efficiently figured out this problem. The location is also excellent.

Review 25：It was advertised as having a "kitchenette" in room. But there was not a toaster or plates & cutlery to make own breakfast. Over powering "disinfectant" smell on arrival, had to open all windows to get rid of the smell.

Review 99：The young lady manager was very nice and helpful, room very clean, changed from upstairs room to ground floor by manager was no issue at all and he was very good, and helped with things, great location in Victor Harbour, all staff very peasant and the whole area and facilities kept clean and tidy, credit to the couple who manage it, great food just across the road, pub next door, quick walk to beach and walkway to Granit Island, not five star, but great spot all round

Review 113：Very old and tired decor... brown tile bathroom that I have not seen since 1982 and dark brown faux woodgrain veneer cupboards. Hair in bathroom sink from previous occupant. Papers from previous occupant in bedside drawer. Kettle grimey with a layer of dark grubby film over element - unusable. Cooking facilities = microwave, plug in electric hot plates.

Review 115：I dident like that my room was at the front of the motel (2 meters fromthe foot path ) and at 1.00am in the morning was woken by drunken pubpatrons leaving the pub .

Also just a few minutes drive to Horshoe Bay, (great beach & restaurant) and Goolwa attractions and beach. Staff were very friendly and it is in a quiet location. Coffee and tea making facilities appreciated as some places, especially overseas, do not have them.
