Review 1：A little noisier environment due to traffic in front of the hotel. The breakfast is just fair...

Review 2：Good position of the hotel within reach of almost any point in the city. Available parking paces.

Review 3：There was no place for parking because nobody was taking care of that and the hotel has a few places. The receptionist way of speaking was not ok.

Review 10：I was a bit surprised that breakfast was served - I'd prefer a buffet to choose food when I see it, not to order it. The rest - was ok :)

Review 13：The room smelled like people had been smoking and there are no signs, inside and outside the room, about smoking being forbiden. Probably it isn't forbiden at all. Also, smoking was alowed in the hotel lobby, which is somehow typical for Romanian hotels, but disallowing smoking in the hotel would provide an important advantage within the market.//The tv set was a small round sceen CRT, that showed a world cup football match as little ants moving on a green table.

Review 14：Overall, a good choice for Deva. Good location and parking places, polite staff, good solid woodden furniture, in good shape. Clean room, including carpet.// Breakfast was just ok, though a little embarrassing: you are supposed to choose from the menu and when you see the menu you say that breakfast is included in the room price. The lady tells you that indeed it is so, but only a 16 lei breakfast is included. The food proves to be enough, but this kind of conversation is deffinetely embarrassing.

Rezervare facuta pt 2 persoane in camera cu paturi separate- In baie am gasit un singur set de prosoape; am coborat la receptie sa reclam deficienta si o domnisaora aratoasa dar foarte ostila, cu un aer de superioritate, ne-a comunicat sa cautam in sifonier, pe motiv "ca sa nu fie baia prea aglomerata". 2. Unul din paturi era incomplet facut, pilota nu era infatata, cearsaful de pilota fiind ingramadit sub cuvertura decorativa a patului. 3. La plata cu cardul, receptionerul mi-a luat cardul , manevrand sub tejghea, aratandu-mi numai partea de POS cu tastele pt pin, am cerut sa vad intregul aparat cu cardul introdus in POS dar a refuzat pe motiv ca asa au hotarat directorul si Banca Transilvania!. Micul dejun inclus nu este buffet, ci in sistem comanda la masa. Peronalul este necunoscator de limba engleza, incat niste bieti turisti pusi in fata cartii de meniu si comunicarii de catre chelnerita ca “breakfast a la carte”, oamenii i-au aratat rezervarea cu mic dejun inclus, dar femeia o tinea intr-una cu “a la carte”! cred ca pt mic dejun pot fi puse pe masa niste liste numai cu oferta de mic dejun inclus, bilingva, pt. a evita confuziile de limba si terminologie!1.The reservation was for a twin room for 2 adults but in the bathroom there were towels only for one person. I went down to the reception to ask for towels and a good looking young lady but very hostile , being unhappy to be disturb said us to look in the wardrobe.2.One of the 2 beds was not properly prepared. The blanket and the blanket shit were not assembled, just throw under the bed cover. 3. Next day while paying by card, the reception man took my card under the desk, showing me only the digits device to put in the card pin. I asked him to show me the whole POS device because I wanted to see all the manoeuvres done with my card, but he refused telling me the managing made the rule. 4.
