Review 8：This place was really a nice place for the price. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. They seem to be going thru some changes with a new drive way. I hope it's the start of other things. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 11：Loved that you could sit out back and feel like you were all alone just enjoying the outdoors. The help staff was so friendly and check in was quick and painless.

Review 13：The staff was extremely polite, helpful and very pleasant. The facility is clean and it's not far from Ptown. For free wifi and ample parking, we found it to be very reasonably priced.

Review 16：My parents, my brother and his family and our family came for 3d. I enjoyed sitting outside in the shade and visiting. It was beautiful to watch the birds. We even saw a squirrel mother moving her babies to a new nest. We love the shuffle board. My 83 yo dad can play while the kids swim.

Review 17：Oh there's just so much! I witnessed the cleaners NOT changing bed sheets and blankets to clean ones. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I wasn't able to do my hair to my liking. The fridge was far too small and leaked. There was a booger and a pink soap looking spot on the inside shower curtain which tells me that those also are NOT changed and cleaned regularly. The toilet didn't fully flush. Our outside light was the only light not working. The pool was a great distance from our room. There was no complimentary breakfast when there really outta be for the price of the rooms!

Review 25：The overall appearance of the buildings were a little sad. Definitely in need of some paint. Our room was not locked up after the cleaning lady went through, but luckily I thing was missing. No breakfast included.

Review 46：Don't eat next door at the restaurant. It's advertised as a buffet but there are no sneeze guards or sanitary precautions. People were leaning and talking over the food.... GROSS!

Review 47：It served it's purpose for a value. We just really needed a place to sleep and shower. Most of our trip was out and about. The office staff were polite and they honored our wish to have nobody enter our room, as we cleaned the room ourselves. We prefer not to have strangers in our room. I have stayed in better places, but this wasn't bad.

Review 48：Basic rooms partially refurbished, comfortable and clean. Nice lower Cape location, 6 miles from Weelfleet Harbor, easy commute to Truro and Provincetown. Convenient to a dozen beaches ; a quick ride to Orleans. Motel is right on Rt 6, but sits on a large , wooded parcel of land which creates sense of privacy. Excellent accommodations for the low price.

Review 49：Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great location near the movie theater and mini golf course. Price was very reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Review 50：The drainage in the toilet was very slow and there was a high pitched whistling noise that happened I guess when other nearby guests were using the shower. I did not like the food at the restaurant at all. Did not realize that you had to do the buffet. Not a good deal for us because we are not big eaters. It was as expensive as lunch for the two of us.

Review 51：I liked the fact that the room was pretty spacious. It was fairly quiet where we were placed and I gather a lot of the rooms were not rented out. I liked the owner's wife or maybe she is the owner herself. Nice personality as was Doreen who was one of the house keepers.

Review 68：The staff was not attentative. For instance, the weather was not so great, and the day we were leaving it was gorgeous. We followed the weather reports the day before and went to the office to ask for a later checkout. The gentleman behind the desk said we needed to speak to his supervisor who would be back by 7:00 pm. We went to dinner and did a little shopping, by the time we got back it was 8:30 pm and we stopped back in to the office. The gentleman said his supervisor wasn't there yet and we asked if she could call our room when she got there. Needless to say no such call was ever made and I'm sure the gentleman was a big part of that motel, he could have told us. I've been to this motel for the last 4 years, and I most definitely will not go back, it has changed quite a bit and is beginning to show its age. We were very unhappy this year! The grounds were in disarray - they had a volleyball net up but the lawn hadn't been cut in a while and that certainly made it look unappealing. The pool was clean but we couldn't use it because of the weather. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd rate this motel a 2
