Review 1：I was booked in for 3 nights but only one breakfast voucher was provided. No bathtub and balcony even when stated on the website. Nice landscapes but it also came with insects and bugs.

Review 5：Considering it has such a nice pool, seriously lacking anyone to pay any attention or provide any sort of service whilst your relaxing there. When asked if we could get a drink faced with blank looks and only alcoholic drink available was a 1 year old heineken!

Review 8：it's not that clean enough, we found dirty spots on the pillow, not much choice for breakfast and the hotel location is a bit far from the beach. no proper car park, park the car on thneed to park on the side road.

Review 22：The room was dingy (still hairs on the bathtub and dust parts in every corner). The design was nice, but built with cheap material (we had room 106, double room with direct access to the pool). All the people had to walk over our patio to access their room in the second building of the Lapa.

Review 23：The hotel was close to the city and not too far from the beach. The W-Lan was very good. We had the pool nearly 3 days on our own, nobody was there. There were shuttles to bring you to the clock tower, to the khao takiab and to the night market. The personnel was very friendly, but only two people were able to speak English.

Review 28：1, The designer must be young designer who doesn't has children.The windows are very low in the toilet and looks dizzy when you see out. 2, The use easy glass wall and doors between toilet,tub,shower and bedroom. Nobody will hurry in taking bath at same time but there will be not so private when you're inside. So it's ok for couple or lovers but not first choice for families.

Review 29：1,The breakfast in canteen is superb among all I had except in 5-stars.That almost removed my unsatisfaction with the bedroom design. 2,The entrance to the reception is quite nice and relaxing. There is efficient sunshine in the deluxe room. 3,The localtion is not far from white sand sea beach, which will be lively and amazingly widest beach at night.

Review 30：Next to a building site with noise and dust , rooms need to be decorated paint is flaking the walls , smell of damp from air conditioner, not very clean, garden view is really over grown, mould around fittings in bathroom, shuttle bus only at certain times of day,
