Review 1：The little things matter....no ice in the pool bar due to broken machine....ummm...get some ice from the lobby bar! It's hot, ice is a basic! Change of dinner buffet hours was not communicated (dining hours are printed on room keycard holder & you are told to refer to this for information). Closing time had changed from 2130 to 2100, which is very early for Europeans and worse still if you have a delay in the spa & don't arrive until 2103! The phone in the room did not work, I had to go to reception just to communicate with the spa or make an outside call. There was no possibility of room service as the phone did not work. It was a shame to have such a beautiful room I had to leave to make phone calls or get ice etc. The food was very basic and the all inclusive drinks were cheap brands that might hurt a lot the next day! With no ice, I didn't get to find out LOL!

Review 2：I was upgraded to a suite, it was my birthday, my room was almost bigger than my house! It was gorgeous. The view was amazing. Don't wait for an upgrade, book a suite!

Review 3：There were many good oppourtunities if u ve genius account however No welcome cocktail No early check in No late check out availblitiy? Than why did they put those good things if it is not available? Btw seaside of hotel is nt good there were some other hotels which are equal quality and better beachside

Review 4：They change currency at €2.70 / TL when everywhere it is €3.20/TL. They said it is the commision, but in the room directory it clearly says commission free

Review 6：The Buffet was in a cellar! There was no variation in the food. Only exception was the out-door grill, which was excellent. No garden. The Beach was very unpleasent. The marina is fine, but to crowded and after 8 o´clock all sunbeds were taken (=reserved with towels!)

Review 8：Can't think of anything that I was not happy with. If you want to guarantee pool sunbeds, just go down before 9:00 am and thrown your towels down on them before they are all get taken, wasn't a problem, just a tip :)

Review 9：Location (beach in front of hotel and town a short walk), cleanliness and quality of hotel, wide selection of food available, hotel pool, indoor and outdoor bars, value for money, high quality of room and friendly staff, we wanted an all inclusive experience and found this hotel for about half the price of similar hotels in the same area offering all inclusive 4 star etc etc, so wasn't sure what to expect, but everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the place.

Review 12：This just wasn't the hotel for us. Its for those who don't mind loud music till the late hours and those who don't mind cheap food (breakfast included mouldy fruit). We were looking for a quiet spot and this wasn't it. I'm sure it'll suit others though.

Review 18：Organization is poor. Rooms were like an airport hotels condition (except the wonderful jakuzi in bathroom). Refrigerator was always empty, sometimes they put 2 bottles of water. Quality of dining is not at international standard.

Review 21：- Breakfast was kahvalti-type (Turkish style) and should include some more European tastes. (eg. Too many pogaca) - Prices in mini-bar seemed to be - on purpose - higher, the first night, probably because we were foreigners (Turkish Coffee 8TL and Double Espresso 10TL). No receipt received. Second and third day the prices for same drinks were cheaper when offered by other personnel. Receipt received. - Even it was all inclusive, Turkish coffee and Espresso (Lavazza) is extra charged. Though nescafe espresso is free, but its quality is not good.

Review 22：It's a new hotel. As we were the first couple booking from booking.com we had a free upgrade to Suite. The Suite was...superb! Large, clean, splendid sea and pool view. Comfortable bed, jacuzzi. Welcome fresh fruits and cocktail offered. Lunch, Snacks and Dinner were very delicious and of good variety. Personnel were very polite and helpful. Hotel management let us use the pool after checking out. Beach is only 30 seconds walking, but we preferred the pool instead. Very quiet for this season, rooms were soundproof. Lounge music in the pool was just fantastic. Highly recommended hotel !
