Review 1：Had to go buy pillows because there was only one for each bed and they were very poor. The beds felt like bricks. Poor quality of kitchen pans. For the money, it was poor and was taken advantage of because it was a graduation weekend. I left a day early and was not given a refund for that day.

Review 3：I had to make a last-minute reservation while actually on the road. I booked the room, and tried to call and confirm a (very) late arrival. I was very concerned when I got a voicemail message telling me that the office closes at 6:00 PM. I was even more concerned when I arrived at 12:40 AM and all office lights were off and the door was locked tight. What would I do? I was so incredibly relieved to see an envelope sticking out of the mailbox outside the office door. It had my name on it...and my room key inside. I never met any staff...but they obviously care about their guests. Thank you! Thank you!

Review 4：The location was difficult to find and hard to get to from west route 460. Any hint to directions would have been helpful. We did not know the office closed at 6:00. When we arrived and called, we didn't reach anyone until we called the emergency number; and since we didn't know we would not reach anyone, we did not copy down the emergency number so we had to call again. The emergency man was very helpful and apologetic. We would have liked additional pillows and blankets.

Review 9：We knew we were coming in late and leaving early the next morning and just wanted a basic, easy-to-find, safe, competetively priced, quiet, clean and comfortable place to sleep. Eastside Suites is all that. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, even though the office was closed. Thank you for the coffee! If we are ever through this way again, we will look you up.

Review 10：The Wi-Fi didn't function after the third day there. This was due to the routers being in guest rooms. Also, it is very difficult to find using a GPS. No management on property during the week-end.

Review 11：This facility was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were outstanding. Even with a major highway outside, it was vary quiet inside our room. I would recommend this establishment.

Review 15：1. Parking area is quite cramped. Do not attempt a large vehicle or trailer! 2. Location very hard to find unless you already have the address programmed in your gps. With one bump of data access all afternoon and barely able to secure the booking let alone search on the map, we were relying on posted signs -- of which there is only one and the font is so small we missed the fact it had driving directions in it. Drove all over trying to find it. Finally went back, pulled over, walked to sign (which is on private property) read it up close and poof! Now we could find the place even though the lightbulb on their sign was burned out and therefore it was barely visible. 3. Office is NOT 24hrs and when we arrived at 7:30pm we had to call some after hours number and then stand outside waiting for a person to drive to the site from who knows where. The booking.com app did not mention this is the case. If it had, we would never have booked here for a simple one night last minute stay! The app only used the word Suites. A "suite" is not automatically an extended stay with limited office hours so we had no idea.

Review 16：Fully furnished efficiency. A/C is central hvac, not a noisy window unit. And unlike most hotels the A/C really works well. Kitchen is a real kitchen and fully stocked with dishes and pans. Bedroom is a separate room at other end of a hall. If you need an Extended Stay place that's affordable and don't mind being behind a hookah lounge this place is great. The folks we sw staying there were mostly road construction crew but the office fellow mentioned it's typically used by Liberty University students.

Review 17：The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The layout, with the little sitting room separate from the bedroom, was nice.The price was very good for the accomadations. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.
