Review 1：The room prides itself as the spa room. The spa, however, is old and has stains and cracks in it. Bathroom floor had hair on it behind the door on arrival. Rubbish on and around the entrance of the room and leaf/dirt litter around the front of most rooms. Entrance door to room dirty around handle with scratches and marks on it. Window in room unable to be opened. Only one side table and was dusty.

Review 2：Parking close to room. Semi renovated room. Toiletries and tea/ coffee. Well stocked bar fridge. Room serviced daily. Warm and Comfortable bed. Extra towels. Plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom window able to be opened.

Review 3：Great location. We were here for a wedding. Very helpful staff. My daughter and husband had main bedroom and I had 2nd bedroom, had plenty of room.It was quite hot when we arrived but air conditioner cooled it down quickly.Would recommend to anyone.

Review 4：Cost of room opportunistic for quality of room and fittings. No ability to prepare food or heat. No knife/folk/spoon for eating food. No cutting board. No plates or bowls. Unable to even make a sandwich for impending journey or eat breakfast cereal. Microwave would have been appreciated. Fittings are dated and uninspiring. Hole punch mark in front door. No water temp control - hot then cold. Management should check out what other places are offering for same price. Much much more.

Review 29：Being upstairs made access a little difficult as I have a mobility issue and the room was stinking hot on arrival and took about 5 hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature with the ac on high. We had made management aware of our arrival time so it would have been nice to have the ac turned on to cool the room a bit before we got there. (All of our other accom on this trip had the ac on when we arrived). The kids slept on the floor in the lounge area as their room was way too hot. Suggest higher powered ac units for the upstairs rooms or a second ac unit in the smaller bedroom which was unbearably hot?

Review 30：We made a one night stopover in Swan Hill as part of a 3 week road trip. Travelling with teens meant we needed a bit of space and the 2br apartment was good value. Lovely staff and apart from the hot room our stay was enjoyable.
