Review 1：Not so many things to do in the surroundings. But if you are looking for a relaxing week, next to the beach in a very nice Hotel, this is a place to stay.

Review 2：The hotel is very nice, the staff is super kind, super friendly. For us as being on honeymoon, they gave us a special room, some fresh fruits and a lot of kindness. We were amazed by their service. The view from the room was brilliant, the food is really good, and tasty, if you book it with all inclusive you will enjoy it for sure. It does worth the price for sure.

Review 3：The bar staff really let the hotel down. They didn't have glasses and often ran out of drinks. If they offer an all-inclusive deal then they should provide it. The bar staff often also said that there was an additional cost for cocktails, something that wasn't mentioned on the booking and when challenged they said we could have for 'free this time'. They also had an aversion to collecting plates and glasses from around the pool area (maybe one of the reasons they ran out of glasses). Although the food was fine it again was limited in its availability, especially at breakfast, which meant if you came late you really only had a choice of bread, salad and boiled eggs. The cushions for the sun beds had also seen better days; they were ripped, stained with sweat and oil. The general feel at the hotel is that it lacks a level of care to detail; it seems that the ‘north hotel’ is the poor relation of the south, something that was apparent when we visited the south hotel.

Review 4：The hotel is set in a very good location with easy access to the sea and to the town of Turgutries. Generally the hotel food was fine if a bit repetitive, during a weeks stay they served up the same 4 or 5 dishes at least 3 or 4 times. The pool was very clean as was the area around the pool. The rooms are on the small side but adequate for a weeks stay.

Review 5：lack of outdoor space and shade when eating. lack of drinks and staff.(twice ran out of red wine which they seemed unable to provide and also ran out of coffee) conflicting information regarding the use of the sister hotel (South) No Balconies

Review 8：This was my third stay and the hotel meets my requirements. It is well located in Turgutreis. I only eat breakfast and lunch at the hotel preferring to eat out in the evening. Food is fresh and sufficient although variety has reduced from earlier in the season.

Review 9：Nothing real bad. The sea in front of the hotel has a bit too many weeds in it and not too much room on the beach for lounging. So if you are primarily looking to spend all of your day time by the sea, this might not be the best place. But if you want a combination of day time sea activities combined with night time walks and entertainment, this is the perfect place.

Review 10：Got an excellent deal with a promotional campaign. The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very courteous. The meals were good to very good. Location of this hotel is excellent, walking distance to most of the entertainment centers within TurgutReis. The long boardwalk in front of the hotel is a great place for walking, jogging or biking.

Review 13：The personnel managers very bad, composition not even say hello forcustomers. The waiters are good and friendly. Food is bad and all thetime the same. The hotel has no beach. No any holiday organization! Roomwas smell very bad! Boring and bad vacation!

Review 14：I don't know how, many viewers liked the meals, but they are mostly not sufficient and often tastes awful. And meatball, comes with different shapes and sizes all day long, but they are the worst (and probably unhealthy) meatballs i have ever eaten. Animals won't even eat them, literally, we offered a piece to a cat wandering around, it didn't eat at all.

Review 15：Reasonable price. Some of staff is warm and helpful, others are not. Grooming kit in the bathroom is smthng i didn't expect from a 3 star hotel.

Review 16：Our air conditioner didn't work for the duration of our stay. Also the wifi doesn't work on level 3 which made it hard as I was on a working holiday.

Review 18：Didn't like private beach area, it was never clean, always piles of unfinished drinks, empty plastic cups, paper cups and anything else under the loungers, near the loungers, some of them from the yesterday or days before, ashtrays full of buns, some of them spilled over. Never seen any staff who cleans it or collects them. Breakfast - no any juice and its very basic. Over the years of coming to Bodrum I stayed in 1 star and non-star hotels, but this one claims 3 or 4 stars but the breakfast doesn't fit that category at all, boiled eggs and another milky eggs (?), that even Turkish people don't know what it is and don't eat, dinner is the same all the time, no sea food/fish.

Review 19：I liked facilities, all are new, water pressure in shower is strong, cleaning staff is doing excellent job, fast and effective, all you have to press button on the door to clean the room. I didn't interact with the staff and nobody approached me, except the guy who give drinks, I believe, Cemal Ali was his name, he was cheerful and always inquired how the holidays is going on, deserves credit.

Review 21：Helpful staff (can even bring chaise longue to the beach), good food, clean room, hotel provides with towels for the beach. Hotel meets guests with coctails which is nice. Also free bottles of water in the fridge is a big plus!
