Review 1：The pool heater was down. The sheraton staff was matter of fact about it but it was a big deal for us but apparently not for them. our reason for going was to walk the beaches and swim so half of our reason to go was gone. There was also a very noisy party going on the first night of our stay which was disturbing. we had been upgraded to the sheraton side of things which may be why the sheraton people didn't seem to care.

Review 2：I often stay at this property and i like it a lot. The location is perfect halfway down the cape. the property shares amenities with the sheraton so there is a good quality restaurant and an indoor pool to use as well as two outdoor pools and laundry facilities.

Review 3：The room didn't lend itself to a multi day stay with a young family. No microwave and awkward storage/table.

Review 4：The location is central on the cape. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is very nice.

Review 7：I do have to say I know it was a very wooded area but our first room before opening the door there were huge web with many spiders on it and spiders going in behind the door and walking to check the bathroom was another one. so i requested for a room change and they did. Another bad thing was the bed it was very springy and our bodies hurt the next day, sort of felt like a water bed.

Review 8：We liked that it had the vending machines and the parking was close to our room. The staff was great and the housekeeper did a great job!!!

Review 9：The only issue was there was a dog left alone in the next room that barked consistently, I spoke to reception and they said it was ok for a dog to be left alone in the room, however I do not agree.

Review 11：They cancelled their room and than put them into a new room, however, this caused them to double bill my credit card and than one day later ended up giving me a credit. This caused me hours of my time to straighten this out.

Review 13：Only thing i didnt like is that my room had Alot of spiders!! I stayed in room#13 and it had spiders in every corner of the walls....I killed 4 big spiders cause my child was scared....other then that no other issues.

Review 15：However, these rooms were infested with spiders, and bugs. I was given stained towels and the sheets already on the bed had some stains and rips as well. The other downside to it all was that there was no microwave in the room. Considering that I was traveling w young children these would've been very helpful.

Review 17：2nd night, lying there. A huge spider crawled right out from under the pillow on the bed. I mean the cellar dwelling creepy spider kind.Couldn't get it turned beds over and everything trying. We did find a second giant spider under the bed which we killed but never found the 1st one. The office was closed at 7:30. I wasn't about to be able to sleep so we packed up and were going to drive to our daughters 2 hours away. We went next door to return keys and hope they'd relay our message about wanting a refund. Instead the kind manager offered us a room there which I really appreciated.

Review 19：However the only thing I would complain about is the fact that our room smelt like cat pee. I do like that you are able to take your pets to this motel, but I wish there were some restrictions & a better way to get the smell of cat pee out!

Review 20：I loved that you were allowed to use the facilities in the sheraton hotel next door! They have an awesome pool, hot tub, and sauna. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our room was a good size and clean.

Review 21：A/C kind of loud. Wifi slow. No in-room coffee maker. (Front desk has a coffee maker and people can chat with Maureen whirl getting coffee.)

Review 22：Maureen is the front desk staff and manager. She takes ownership of all guests' requests and problems. Everybody loves her. And I made a booking for next year before I left. Location excellent - close to coast guard beach and all great restaurants.

Review 23：Very nice place and very comfortable stay. Quite big room with two twin beds, clean and sunny. Very close to beautiful Marconi and Nauset Light beaches, beautiful sea food restaurants. Indoor pool, big parking, 100+ TV channels. Fantastic place for its money!
