Review 1：The Indian desk clerk was rude and condensing when my children asked where to leave the lobby cart. He was also rude to my 89 year grand mother when she inquired about getting HOT coffee.

Review 3：Came into Bmt for my mother's funeral. I had requested a quiet room. When I arrived, my room was ready and on the fourth floor at the end. Very peaceful. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The comfort of the bed was of first class. The continental breakfast was fulfilling and the area was very clean. We even stayed a second night to gather our thoughts and rest. Very peaceful.
Review 4：Only one staff member on duty.. local university had homecoming and lots of guests checking in. She was very courteous...but overwhelmed. She should have help on a busy week.

And also the great breakfast the next morning. We will definitely return and tell others about this wonderful place of comfort.

Review 17：I really like Comfort Suites and this one met all the basic criteria. Staff was experienced and pleasant, room was large and comfortable and clean. It was convenient to get to and from, and breakfast included protein items - eggs and sausage. Oh, and a good deal for the money.
Review 18：There were children everywhere, running wild with no parental supervision. They were loud and running through the hallways and playing on the elevators until well after 11:00pm. The walls are thin and the kids next door were jumping and yelling and even after being asked to quiet down, the loud tone of their voices carried their entire conversation out into the hallway and was audible from the elevator.

Review 24：there was a dog somewhere around my room - though no pets allowed in the hotel. I was informed that the manager allowed the dog (no idea if that was just an excuse of the front desk) Well, we could not sleep at all as this dog was barking and yowling the whole night long. The night desk was not able to handle that. Many thanks to the manager - i hope he slept well that night....

Review 26：clean rooms with comfy beds. The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Right off the interstate and down the street from restaurants and not that far from shopping. They also have an indoor pool.
Review 27：I loved everything about this place but the breakfast was poor. Eggs were gross little prefab medallions and there was a poor choice of fruit. If you want so thing healthy you can forget it. Yes coffee was also bad and it was cold. Other than that, the place was great!

I would definitely stay here anytime that I travel to Beaumont. And the price was reasonable as well! Great for just one night or even more!

Review 33：Hotel is old and must have gotten an update recently, but the work is shotty. Our hollow core bathroom door had a hole punched in it from a previous guest. The bathroom had no AC vent, or exhaust fan. So you had to shower with the door open, or you were in a sauna. Pull out sofa bed mattress was a joke, with a metal bar across the middle, not comfortable at all. Side exit door to exterior of building by elevators had broken door hardware, so they taped it open and it was unlocked for anyone to enter side of hotel all night (not safe).

Review 104：Great location, close to everything. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the dividing wall between the bedroom and lounge area was well designed. Many other Comfort Suites have a half-wall so when you turn on the lamp near the chair, it floods the bedroom with light. This setup was much better.
