Review 1：the staff - nobody at the reception desk, bartender unable to localize the receptionist for nearly 20 minutes, zero communication to the client - no info, just a bit confusing

Review 7：We stayed there at the end of December. We booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms were cold . We told it to the Receptionists, but nothing happened. Frankly speaking it was New Year Eve and a long weekend, maybe the Technician wasn't available.

Review 10：Nice clean suite, two separate rooms allowed my son to have his own room after the staff obliged with extra bed sheets. Modern , new hotel with toiletries. Easy to find with adequate parking. Good breakfast (cost extra as expected).

Review 17：The stag did not speak one word of English (working in a hotel !!!!!!) the breakfast was supposed to be served at 8 a clock(this by it self is the latest I have ever experienced)but at 8"15 nothing was yet prepared .

Review 19：Most of the staffs cannot speak English:( but they were trying to help as much as they can. English information is very limited. The room doesn't have much facilities as their it should have in this price.

Review 21：Cigarrete smell in lobby, bar and restaurant. We thought about eating there but quickly decided to go elsewhere. Also could smell it on 2nd floor! (please do something about your ventillation...). Hotel did not turn on heating in our room and it was not possible to do so by ourselves (we did not ask the reception though as we stayed only one night) - at the time of approx. 12C outside, I would expect heating is turned on automatically in all occupied rooms...

Review 22：Price, clean, quite newly furnished. Hotel very close to the center of the city and has free big parking.

Review 23：The hotel was the nicest thing in this town. The building across thestreet looked like it had been abandoned for many years. There were veryfew restaurants open in this town, very few people around, but manyabandoned and/or broken down buildings. The photos we saw online ofthis town must have been taken years ago.

Higlight was gentleman at the reception desk who was absolutely helpful and ready to make everyhthing what you wish. The hotel is not new but is very clean and nice and wellness area offers you privacy and calm relax. Absolutely recommended.
