Review 19：We did not experience it as a big problem, but if you need much privacy the pool houses are quite close to each other across the pool (you may need to draw curtains), and when time zone travellers meet from east and west be aware that e.g. Chinese children wake up much earlier than European travellers, and noise travels easily across the pool... Distance to Hua Hin is a bit far, but the shuttle bus works fine. Plus, the distance to the noisy town creates extra peace and quiet which is wonderful

Review 20：Pool house at the big pool (12 pool houses) was great travelling with my son, 7yrs. Direct access to great 'private-ish' pool, perfect views over the ocean from the little terrace, nice and quiet. Great style. Nice size of hotel, boutique-feeling. Guests don't 'possessively' block sun chairs with towels all day and leave them empty. At the day of check-out we stored our luggage and spent the whole day on excursions. And when we arrived back at the hotel at 6pm the friendly staff had arranged a spa room for showers before we were picked up at 7pm. Outstanding service! Restaurant highly recommendable. Great food, very reasonably priced.

Review 21：The room was not as advertised with bathtub and mountain view and leading onto the beach. It had a shower, a balcony up against a mass of greenery with a building hiding behind it. There was no beach. The room was small for 5 star!!! it was a basic 3 star. Meal delivered to the room - just a plate - nowhere to put it on except your lap - very unsatisfactory. Soggy warm 'fresh' fruit with breakfast. When I advised cutting our trip short from 4 nights to 1 night I was offered a 'free' upgrade - I did not want anything 'free' I wanted what I paid for, the staff were so dim...or intently so....and took 45 mins to get a cab to get out of there when they kept saying it is coming....the driver showed us his phone where he only got the call 5 mins before.....full of the 'Thailand smiles' that you know are grimaces.....and certainly no 5 star hotel. Cheats and lies........booking.com you need to check your write up!
