Review 1：If I had to pick a bad thing or two I would say we had no TV in the bedroom which was a downside for my gf. Not for myself. Also, the private pool we had was a little too cold. Bearable for a short time but cool.

Review 2：The staff were friendly, courteous, professional, and obviously did their very best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The food choices and the food itself were splendid. The facilities were exceptionally well maintained with the grounds appearing as though they were maintained by professionals.

Review 9：Nothing really. Rooms are a bit tired but size makes up for this. The location is a bit out of the main area of Hua Hin however this didn't overly bother us as we hired a scooter for 4 days. They do offer a courtesy shuttle at set times to accommodate guests.

Review 10：The size of the room, the friendly, helpful staff and the grounds of the resort are lovely! The new pool will be amazing!! Best we have seen - unfortunately it was due to open a few days after our departure :-(

Hotel courtesy shuttle bus only ran at 4.30pm and 6.30pm - no morning service. costs of mini-bar and laundry services were extraordinarily high Room was cleaned daily however pool was not cleaned in 4 days.

It got a bit "dirty"(leaves/fruits/flowers) because of the surrounding trees.Quite far from city center (10-15min by local taxi), not convenient ifyou don't have your own vehicle. Review 98：The distance from Hua Hin, is 5 klms and you need a taxi most of the time, and at 200 b each trip it soon adds up. The building project going on next to the hotel is noisy if you are on that side of the resort.

The room is very clean and well furnished, but the most impressive thing is more function of it which make it feel warm and comfortable as home. The location is easy to find as it situate along the main road and though, it's really seafront as well.

For example, - no assistance getting bags from car on arrival - rooms not serviced / housecleaned until after 4.00pm each day - insufficient towels in room on arrival - breakfast buffet very poor, not matching price paid for rooms... more like an "Asian mid week businessman buffet" style... slices of ham, canned hot dog sausages floating in water and six person tailback at the one chef cooking eggs - etc. Hotel Management needs a swift wake up call to focus on overall quality not just cost !!!

Thus, some leafs will drop into the pool in thevilla. But the staff there clean the pool everyday. So it is not aproblem at all.before i book Asara, i saw some negative comments. however, after i made my stay, i think Asara is a good hotel to stay. at least to me and my wife, we don't have any complaints.

Review 117：Staff were friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the restaurant after breakfast and one of the staff came running after me to return the phone to me. It was my birthday during the stay and was pleasantly surprised with a cake in the fridge when I got back from town in the late evening.
