Review 1：Construction crew was there at 7am everyday except Sunday. No ac in the unit so we slept with windows cracked which caused for some early mornings when the crew arrived who were not at all concerned about their noise level. No hairdryer provided or broom/dust pan to keep sand at bay.

Review 3：The customer service. We were 5 days and we went to the reception to ask about the wife because it didn't work, and everyday they said they were going to fix it but it wasn't fixed it. They didn't give any solutions either compensation . They offered WIFI but there is none.

Review 5：Checkin is a bit complicated, it's in other building, you have to go by car, and it's not well explained in anywhere how to arrive to the office

Review 7：We were promised that construction in an adjoining unit would not be an issue. It was. Access to the ocean was also blocked by construction. A full sized mirror needs to be installed in the bathroom and maybe a hook for towels. A blender and hair dryer would be great too.
Review 8：The inside of the condo was beautifully decorated with updated and comfortable furnishings. The location close to Kapaa, restaurants and groceries was convenient as was its proximity to the bike/walking path.

Review 20：We arrived in this Kailani apartments property with disaapointment. The place is not a resort and does not belong to paradise. It is a construction site. When we faced the manager at Mokihana main reception (different building), he was unpolite and should be kept only in the back office. The housekeeping left our door at least 3 times unlocked. We were lucky that nothing was missing. Also there was a mouse in the room. When we asked to spend time at the main building's pool area, they denied to do so, Kailani's own pool area was small, dirty and in the middle of noisy construction work and it would have been great to spend some time at Mokihana pool as there was no beach but only a shore.. But no. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 22：Directly on the the ocean, but no access to the ocean, no direkt beach. Currently renovating so noisy and water/current cuts. Very hard to find check-in as the office is closed. Keys were given to us at another hotel. No communication on this. Contrary to description, no W-LAN. Wrong name, no Castle in the hotel Name, not very well indicated, so hard to find.
