Review 1：Bed mattress needed to be replaced. We kept rolling to the center of the bed, this resulted in a restless night

Ann and Phil were gracious and engaging hosts, the house was historic and immaculately clean, it was in a safe and quiet neighbor and had everything a traveler could want. We felt very comfortable there. Ann served us a delightful breakfast the next morning and for this being our first B&B, it couldn't have been any better.

Review 11：We expected more in many ways.... but Lynchburg was a practical chocie, we were on our way to Washington DC. This B&B is the opposite of "value for money". An older couple that tries really hard to please you but with these rates.... they should be half of what they ask!

Review 13：The inn keepers were friendly and helpful as we considered our sites to visit. The food was spectacular, cooked to order and very tasty. The neighborhood is very quiet, in spite of its proximity to downtown. We had the inn to ourselves one afternoon, and truly enjoyed the sitting rooms.

Review 16：As I booked it, it came as an Hotel. Maybe but I don't it really. A elderly couple in a very old house but not a Hotel as you expect. We were 8 minutes to early for breakfast, we had to wait 8 minutes. The guy stands the whole time beside us. You get " french toast, a very old muffin and a small yogurt. Eat it or let it be! In the 1950 it was certainly good but now it's 2014. And it costs quite to much for this.

Review 35：Federal Crest was a great experience - warm environment, small cozy setting (love it that they only have 4 rooms). Hosts were wonderful and guests were nice too. Room was spacious with extra nook area to relax. Lots of great universities and shopping and restaurants nearby - loved Main Street Eatery, which the owners recommended and it was fabulous! I would definitely stay there again; great retreat!
