Review 1：This was the last week in this hotel and next week the season was finish. I think this was the reason but the staff not sweety, the hotel was dirty, the water sports mans was very bad, and day by day service was less and less but i think i paid the same, who was in june or july. For example the a'la cart restaurants were closed, the snack bar same the last 2 days, in the beach down to sun umbrellas and the water sport base. If i want to jets my last holidays day this was not possible....I think this was not correkt

Review 15：The organisation was very poor . The staff were not getting supervised . The staff were extremely rude and had no manner at all (not as human being let alone as person work as receptionist ). Numerous time I have to call and ask about towel and toilet paper. But the staff at the reception were very poor . The hotel and staff caused me a grief and I lost half day of work before I came to hotel . Here is brief summary of event: On Friday 9th of August I was informed by booking . Com that Yasmin hotel inform you that my card was rejected . (As I found out later on I was not the only one who was told this . A groupe of other traveler that I spoke to were told the same thing). Since I have planned this holiday long time ago I had to come home and contact booking .com and then contact my bank and they told me card has not been used at all and there has not been any transacts ion to be rejected. I called back booking and they suggested that I call directly hotel when I called hote the person was least helpfull and he couldnot communicate in English . By then I lost half day of my work and we through a lots of unnessary stress . Booking. Com have summary of event and I want the matter fully investigated as I expect to be compensated for loosing half day of my work .

Review 17：The bar didnt have enough varieties. The hotel was full capacity, sowe couldntreserveto a la carte restaurants. We had internet only inthe lobby. And there is no jakuzi, but when we reggistered the staffsaaid there is.

Review 19：The staff at the bar need to remember that they are in the hospitality business. Assistance of any kind must be forbidden on their end as I was forced to carry two trays by myself while one guy was texting his girlfriend. I know it was his girlfriend because it said 'aşkım' on his phone. Remember remember remember hospitality is a game and you've got a good chunk to prove because as a hotel you've just gotten back into the game.

Review 20：The hotel is nicely situated about 10 minutes away from the local town of Gümüşlük. Its located about 30 minutes from Bodrum and about an hour from the Airport. The hotel is redesigned with pretty much new everything. We went with a group of 15 friends. The reception staff were more than helpful. The rooms were clean, the food was OK and the sea was flawless.
