Review 7：The hotel staff seemed unorganized. The valet and staff organizing the cabs and vehicle drive up were rude and scattered. No one cared about the convenience of the guests. Other guests I spoke to also commented on not being given any direction. The check in staff was equally unwilling to be helpful. They do the absolute minimum their job requires. Most of the staff in general was a tad condescending. I booked my room over a month in advance and asked for a higher floor at the time of booking, I was given a 3rd floor room with the view of the back of the a large glass partition. And everything costs extra. Especially parking, it's outrageous for guests at the hotel. I will say that the staff in the parking booths were very nice and friendly but that's the extent of courtesy the hotel has to offer.

The two valets Tony Vu and Mike Tran were really energetic and joyful. They always attended to my requests quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back here for my next Houston visit.

Review 24：Everyone was so friendly and helpful excellent staff! I really enjoyedthe view, we were on the 15th floor. The beds were pretty comfortable aswell. They also offered 24 hr room service although the choices werelimited after 11:00pm. Overall this was a nice hotel stay.

Review 57：Self parking is $19. 20% gratuity added to bills. 17% tax added to room total. Cleaning ladies busted in our room 3 times the next morning. Came up to the hot tub to relax before it closed..the pool guy had the storage room open 5 feet away and kept dragging equipment around. I finally got up and left. Shouldnt he wait for pool closing time to do his closing duties? Staff was mediocre.
