The one-storey, self-catering house features a double bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with a pull-out bed in each. It includes a bathroom. The property also has an independent suite available that can be booked separately. This suite has a living area with 2 sofa beds, a private bathroom and a small private terrace.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen where the house's guests can prepare their own meals. Please note that guests of the suite do not have access to the kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals in the outdoor terrace surrounded by garden. Alternatively guests can visit the restaurants located within 1 Km.
In the sunny days guests of the house can prepare their meals outdoors using the barbecue facilities. Guests of the suite do not have access to this facility. In addition breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request. A daily maid service is available at an extra charge.

Review 1：Was very nice place with easy access by car. Owners were very kind, making our stay very comfortable. Nice small garden, private apartment, nice bedlinen :), excellent breakfast.
Review 2：Having read several earlier reviews only one mentioned road noise so I thought it would be a minor irritant, however the property is in a suburban arae about 100 mts from a motorway, meaning constant road noise day and night. Even the Owner's budgies couldn't drown it out !

Review 6：It was a small apartment, with a large bedroom, a small living room and a very nice looking bathroom. All was arranged like in a 4* hotel;) Additionally there were also a fridge and an electric kettle available, together with a few tee bags and instant coffees. A bowl of fruits was also waiting for us. We could also used the pool if we wanted to. The owners are also very nice and helpful.

This was a friendly, clean and very comfortable stay, 30 Euros for the night when booked at 4pm that day in the summer season can't complain! Lovely owners - but please be aware this is a guest house with a few rooms, not a hotel, so don't expect the facilties of a hotel - but the owners went out of their way to ensure everything was good.

Review 19：The noise of the roads, but we knew about this. The mattresses of the sofa beds, one of us came out with a bad back-pain for 2 days. could do with better mattresses.
Review 20：As we were just the two of us with our dog, we had plenty of space and a very well equipped house with garden and swimming pool and a great park close by for our dog to run and be out in the open. Out of town but close enough to discover Lisbon and its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!!

Review 22：Everything!!! Wonderful house, very well decorated. Owner is not just a seller but a very friendly person, a problem solver. This is now my number one place to stay in Lisbon. Btw owners have a sweet dog which will do everything for a sweet.
