Review 1：Guests with limited mobility should note that access is up a flight of steps from street level. Also both rooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the first and second floors. If mobility is a problem, I would suggest talking directly with José or Anna as there is one ground floor room with a shower room directly next door.

Review 2：We are just back from 3 nights at the Live In Oeiras Guest House. There we found spotless accommodation and a warm welcome from our hosts. Breakfast was served on the sunny patio each morning. There is a fully equipped kitchen for guest use and a very comfortable sitting room. We stayed in the large ensuite room which is beautifully decorated and has a nice balcony. My elderly father stayed in the smaller ensuite which is up on the top floor. This room, though smaller has access to a large roof top terrace.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Review 3：A great location, about halfway between the popular Estoril/ Cascais areas and Lisbon and at peak times fast trains direct to Lisbon. Superior suite was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, lounge and balcony. Use of a guest kitchen, lounge etc was a great bonus if you wanted to make your own drinks etc. Breakfast was ample with tasty rolls, meats, cheese, yogurts and more! Spotless facilities on every count with very helpful and friendly staff.....nothing was too much trouble. Not that easy to find as there are no obvious signs but Jose is looking into this. Less than 5 mins walk from the train station so excellent if no car.

Review 5：The warm welcome and atmosphere and the lovely opportunity of meeting the hosts again. I changed my travelplans to come here again and that says it all... ;-)

Review 6：My friend and I stayed at Guest House for two nights. It is not so far from the coast of ocean (≈300 metres), Cabo da Roca (≈25 km) and Sintra (≈15 km). Owners of the Guest House organized warm welcome in spite of late check-in. Oh, by the way they live at the same place. The house has original interior design. There are living room and kitchen on the first floor. The rooms are also on the second and third floors. It was very clean everywhere. Wi-Fi was around the house but the best signal was on the first floor. My room was small but it had all the necessary things for comfortable staying there. The windows had shutters that protect from the sun and don’t protect enough from the train noise because of the railway station near the house. A breakfast was simple and tasty. The house staffs are very careful and kind-hearted people. They kindly recommended cafes and restaurants, booked the inexpensive transfer, made easy route for our traveling, helped to rent a car for us. The garden was located opposite to the house wherein we parked our rented car absolutely for free. I recommend «Live in Oeiras Guest House» for your trip in Lisbon Riviera.

Review 9：This was a gem of a guesthouse a home away from home. I was so relaxed and comfortable. The location to the beach was great and the train station was close too. Jose the owner was fantastic and made me feel content and at ease. He was very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble.I loved my stay here and will return.

Review 14：This was my second stay at the Live In Oeiras Bed & Breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break close to both the sea and the train station. There is easy access by train to Cascais and to Lisbon. Hosts Patricia and Jose were very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend highly the Mensa restaurant which is located in the town centre behind the church, about a 15 minute walk from the B&B.

Review 15：- breakfast was ok, but it was the same for 9 days. they could diversify the products - they had WI-FI at the location, but we stayed at the top floor and sometimes the WI-FI did not work at that floor

PAtricia & Jose extremelly friendly and helpfull. Oeiras itself also very sympa, with several excellents places to eat. Good breakfasts. Generally - excellent place, just enjoy it :)

Review 34：Our second very pleasant stay: Our first stay were in 2013. Because we haven't seen everthing we want and so we decided to get there a second time this year. We like everything there, especially the hosts are very kind and help where they can. You'll get a lot of tips for exploring the city, the sights and monuments you have to see. Not only Lisboa, of course the complete area around. The rooms, the house are / is very clean and comfortable. In the near is Oeiras station, a station you'll get to Lisboa in around 15 minutes. You can also use the bus station behind to get to Sintra, Cascais and so on. You'll find some restaurants in Oeiras or you could use the kitchen in the guesthouse to cook a meal yourself. If we decide to go a third time to Lisboa, we'll book of course the Oeiras Guest House again!

Review 39：Jose and Patricia were the most hospitable hosts I have ever encountered on holidays. Their house is modern, is very tastefully decorated, and is spotlessly clean. I had a room with shared bathroom and this was not a problem. The hosts provided a fluffy bathrobe and towels were changed every 2 days. Breakfast was very good and was varied. There was coffee available throughout the day. Guesthouse is but a 5 minute walk from the train station (turn left and downhill, then turn right) and was 5 minutes from the beach. Access by train to both Lisbon and Cascais was excellent. I would highly recommend the Live In Oeiras to all seeking a relaxed holidiay with the option of touring the city sights or of going to Sintra.

Review 61：We loved the Guest House! It was very nice to stay there. The shuttle they organized for us was not expensive and picked us up exactly on time. Patricia an Jose (the owners) welcomed us very friendly and were always helpful with everything (!). The house was new and stylishly and lovingly equipped as well. It was always clean because of the great staff. There is a bit roof terrace were you can sit together or if you are lucky you have your own terrace or balcony. The breakfast was also good. We could also use the kitchen for cooking. Beverages and coffee were always there (for a small payment) but you can also have a space in the refrigerator. The house is very near to the train station (one way to Lisbon - other way to Cascais). Just a few minutes down the street you reach the beach and promenade. All in one it was a very great stay and we thank Patricia and Jose for these 10 days in their house and all the help! Gut - The house is near to the train station (Oeiras) (5 minutes) were you can go to Lissabon and other way Cascais. And the other way down the street (just 5 minutes) you reach the promenade and beach. But due to the closeness to the train station it is also a bit noisy.

The hosts Patricia and Jose are very hospitable and give great advice where and what to see, to visit, to taste. The location of the house (on the railroad between Lisboa and Cascais and about 1 hour by bus to Sintra), the rooms and bathroom, the breakfast, and last but not least, the wonderful hosts Patricia and José. If you want to visit Lisbon, this is by far the best place to stay.

They gave us several advices were to go in Lisbon, Oeries, Cascais... The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Lisbon (15minutes by train). If the weather is nice you can even go to the beach (5 minutes walk). If we go to Portugal again we will surely stay at this guest house again!
