Review 3：Actually we stay 2 nights, all the things are very nice , but during our stay the hotel has no hot water, hotel said the problem is from the whole area, but no matter how beautiful for the balcony and the room , the problem of hot water gave us so much disappointments in this winter day.

Review 6：The housekeeping is sub-standard, they need to find a way to clean rooms better. They change you extra for usage of the safe. Was too much of dust. The breakfast was average and the people serving were military like on timing. If you were a minute late they would refuse you. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful though - saving grace. Unfortunately don't remember her name.

Review 38：Stayed here last year... This was a pleasurable 2nd visit. Great intimate boutique hotel, staff are helpful and friendly.. Especially Saddike who always checked on you to make sure you were being looked after and if you needed anything... Lovely pleasant young lady... Always smiling too! If you're lucky to get a room with a jacuzzi- it's a real treat after sunbathing, an evening out or a stint at shopping! The quality and comfort of the bedding is superb!

Review 39：We took a suite for a honeymoon we were surprised to don't have a bath in the room. The room cleaning is not professional. Except for few people no one speak English. Food is NOT GOOD and expensive. Little details who make a great hotel are not taking care of even so the price is the one of a great hotel. They mention there is a SPA it's NOT TRUE you have to go to an other hotel to do it. So no point for a relaxing time. We organise two boat tour and both time they were miscommunication between the hotel and the boat. Many negatives point who are not managed by a real professional of luxury hotel. Shame because this hotel has a great potential

We had a reservation for dinner, but due to something we were late for two hours. Sadike was still waiting for us. We were so touched, also sorry about that. For the breakfast, there are English and Turkish. This hotel is my favorite in Turkey!

The breakfast is served at the top floor balcony overlooking the marina, beach and mountains, the alone is so special!! The staff is very helpful (they speak English), the room was clean and comfy, me and my boyfriend had such an AMAZING time at this hotel. Thank you Unique Hotel!!

Review 65：Very well appointed hotel, appropriate for this price point. It is far enough away from the town centre to avoid the noise, yet still close enough for a (disabled) walk. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, modern (with a retro look) and very well looked after. The pool is great with some really luscious poolside beds and towels are provided for poolside use. Some of the rooms have private terraces with jacuzzis which are just so opulent. A great hotel, which really is unique.

We arrived early and they told us the room would be cleaned first so we could get in, and they let us hang by the pool and use wifi, but even after a few hours our room wasn't ready and it wasn't until about 2.30 that the room was ready. Review 68：This hotel was wonderful, the rooms are modern and luxurious. The pool overlooks the marina and the water. The day beds by the pool are large and offer shade if wanted, with pillows. The food at the restaurant is good. It is walking distance to the main streets and main restaurants. Staff were for the most part friendly and helpful

Review 70：Old buildings over the Fethyie marina have been restored with incredible care and artistic skills. Every single thing is beautiful. You are welcomed with a fresh towel embroided with the Hotel logo, and a glass of wine, and you're presented artisanal soap in a lovely purse when you leave. Inbetween everything is simply smooth,charming, raffiné... From the organisation of the parking lot, to the comfort of the beautiful bathrooms or the elegance ( and the food quality) of the restaurant : nothing to improve !

Review 71：The hotel doesn't look quite like the pictures, especially the pool and check in area, and it isn't on the water which the photos suggested (or perhaps I was confused). Check in took a long time and a lot of rooms not ready. Pool food and drinks were not a high standard, I would not suggest eating here.

Review 75：Poor explanation of how breakfast works. Seemed like unless you were grumpy male guests you were kinda left to your own devices - get own juice, coffee. Breakfast staff could smile more. Green scum line at the top of the waterline and all the way around the bottom corner of the pool. (There for at least the 2 days we were there). The ladder into the pool is a little slippery & dangerous. The air conditioning was of poor standard. Took a long time to cool the room down. Once it was it was good.

Lovely infinity pool, lucky if you can grab one of the pods with mattress but plenty of day beds also. Very reasonably priced lunch menu and very good quality. Very comfy bed, nice linens and L'Octtaine toiletries added to the luxury. Relaxed poolside feel without the noise of children for a change. Nice option for "English breakfast" or "Turkish breakfast". The building and styling inside is really interesting.

Toiletries were not filled up each day, had to ask for shampoo. All the breakfast options were not made aware to us each day - first day we were only offered turkish breakfast, second day we were offered english or turkish breakfast even though we saw another table having pancakes.

Easy walk into town,wonderful marina and harbour views and very friendly, attentive and efficient staff.Our suite was superb with a walk in shower room and very well furnished. Review 87：The receptionist was not very welcoming and refused to give us the room that we originally booked. She tried to say that we had booked a cheaper room. We had booked this in january 2015 and after causing us a lot of distress and upset she agreed to give us the room that we had booked. It was a birthday treat for my partner that she sucessfully ruined with her unprofessional behaviour.

The Turkish breakfast was a lovely change, though they did also have a fantastic English selection. The view from the dining area is stunning - can't beat it! Review 102：The breakfast was not that good.. Very limited choice. The waiters did not understand us and things were forgotten or missed. The food and beverage team needs to be trained.. It felt somewhat chaotic. The waiters were polite and smiley but they seemed not to have a clue. This was the only issue we had during our 11 night stay.

Review 108：The staff were extra helpful. They helped a lot with all the calls I made when I wanted to cancel the boat trip and the paragliding. I will come again. The breakfast here was fantastic! The best among all the hotels I booked in. No need for lunch! And the swimming pool and zaquzi looked fantastic, would want to come again during the summer to try it out. The bed and spacious room and spacious bathroom was perfect! Would have enjoyed more if we booked for more nights here. The location was ok, I didn't like to stay near the beach where the paragliding was nearby, because the town was pretty dead during the wintertime! Easy to find!

The location offers a quiet retreat from the more touristy parts of town and a superb view of the sea. The breakfasts in the lovely restaurant were amazing, as were the dinner meals, while the friendly and attentive staff in the restaurant deserve special mention. Hotel Unique clearly knows how to treat guests and make them feel comfortable and welcome. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Small boutique hotels gain a reputation through memorable staff and good experiences. I understand you can't control guests but they should have procedures to limit their effect on other guests and control situations. By simply acknowledging the event and offering an apology it would have improved our over all experience. Hotel is not worth the money

Review 123：Unlike most of your reviewers we found the breakfast a quite bizarre experience. I ordered coffee ,it came in a cup with milk in? The omelette was burnt on the edges and uncooked in the middle. The chair cushions had been left outside overnight and were damp for breakfast.I could go on!The Mod Café in the marina was far better and decent Wi-Fi too.The room could do with a big mirror,a decent size wardrobe and better lighting in the bathroom .

We had to turn it off and open doors and windows which effected sleep quality. The big let down was the restaurant and parts of breakfast - here goes! The hot breakfast cook was perfectly fine - but the cold buffet was not only disappointing but off-putting. By day 3 we noticed that the same bowl of sliced sausage in a vile tomato sauce was still sitting on the buffet un-touched. By then it had fungus on the side of the bowl. On Day 2 a slice of Turkish bacon (cold, 4 slices only - possibly left over from something else - was definately off), on two occasions we had to return cups with chips and cracks, on the first occasion the return was washed up and the second cup of coffee was returned in the same cup! Milk which we requested in a separate jug for coffee was sour and curdled. We arte lunch when we arrived - the Morrocan Burger was dry and sad, the beef salad was swimming in salad dressing. We did not eat dinner in the hotel restaurant after that. Management needs to review the restaurant immediately it lets an otherwise ok hotel badly down. By the way the restaurant allows smoking inside the breakfast room - how awful!

Review 127：Staff were efficient and helpful. We splurged on the deluxe double with spa - great views, great in room facilites as one would expect for the price.

Review 128：the only thing is if it rains the bar is out side and no where else to go in the hotel.

Review 132：There seemed to be a noise coming from a machine outside the room which was noticeable during the night. This disturbed my sleep as did noisy guests checking in late at night talking loudly to each other in the hallways. I feel the hotel staff could point out to late guests that they should remain quiet when going to and from their rooms late at night.

Review 133：I loved the location of the hotel. I thought the rooms were simply but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great view from our room which was over the marina and harbour. We spent one day sunbathing around the pool, this was a very relaxing experience (no children) and the hotel staff brought us afternoon tea and other little treats.
