Review 1：Jacuzzi is placed on the 5th floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the jacuzzi was very noticeable, it has been running even after 10PM. ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel

Review 3：It is one of those hotels in which you don't have curtain in shower. After using the shower the whole bathroom is absolutely wet. I will never understand it. Isn't it easy to make a curtain for shower?

Review 10：Strašne sme si to užili. Súkromne wellness len pre nás s výhľadom na hviezdnu oblohu, waw! Na ďalšie vyrocie (a možno aj skôr) sme spať :-) odporúčame všetkým, ktorí hľadajú nefalsovanu romantiku :-)

Review 15：-Internet almost not existent (it can be free but It kept loading andloading and never even started) -tv didn't work in the room (andthere was nobody to check it) -room very outdated (furniture stainedfrom wet glasses, bathtub had mold, carpet old, ugly mini refrigeratorstanding on its own right in middle of room, walls with stain marks)- lobby and the restaurant smelled after cigaret smoke (it smelled like in old pub) -4th floor rooms is 1 flight walk up (it would be helpful to have someone to help out with luggage)

Review 16：-Super dog friendly -Views from room just stunning -Restaurant wasclosed but the receptionist was extremely helpful and actually got us 2glasses of slovak wine and we were able to enjoy the view of new castlefrom their bar room- we asked for massage very late in the day and they were able to accommodate us -the location was great and walking distance to all historic landmarks

Review 17：- missing fitness center (would be big advantage, because in town is only one public that was closed) - broken elevator that goes only to 3th floor (hotel has 5 floors) - wellness pool should be change to 2 smaller ones with better massage.

Review 19：- Offered hotel rooms (Classic) are not presented as Pension accommodation- in reality there are two types of rooms - 4* rooms (renewed, nice, modern) and pension ones (provided for booking.com) - photos of these rooms are confusing, not showing the reality of Classic level of rooms, furniture morally worn for decades, torn sofa - especially bathroom is not as shown (old, white bathroom in the corners with garbage / rotting - unfortunately Booking doesn't provide possibility to upload photos) + missing equipment /hairdryer/ - You cannot be sure which level of standard you receive - according photos Classic/Business/Superior have similar beds and bathroom, which is not true and the reality is even worse than you expect - staff provided another room in the same level but still not even reaching standard from photos on booking. - NEVER EVER, THANK YOU

Review 21：It is confusing to find appropriate room. They state, they have 4 stars, 3 stars and even provide BB service. Actually, rooms in upper floors (4+5) are hotel rooms (no lift, smaller rooms) and BB rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor (lift, huge bathrooms - but smelly with mold, no carpet, older furniture). We very careful and ask for a room NOT close to wellness centre on 5th floor. It is very noisy. Personnel was OK but doing their job because they have a job, no smile, no extra effords. Breakfast is not worth of 6 Eur. Nothing special - sausages, scrambled eggs, 2 types of cheese and salami. A bit of vegetable and musli. The liquid that seemed like orange juice was disguisting coloured acetic water. The only thing we liked it was nicely decorated.

Review 23：We had already been there so we knew what to expect, but we didn´t know that there is so big difference between the hotel rooms and the pension ones... We recommend only the hotel rooms, which are comfortable and modern.. We ordered a room (and booking.com didn´t differ it as a pension one, which is much older) and in fact the room was terrible - the furniture, bathroom, windows, everything was very old and used... the reality was far away from the room presented at the booking.com.. It can be worth the lower price, but I think that 10 € (plus) per night is worth the standard and the modern style in the hotel room.. It depends on the guests´ requirements, of course, but I am sure, that when I come back, I will definately book the hotel rooms only... Please remember that the elevator goes only to the 2nd floor and the hotel rooms are situated on the 3rd and 4th floor, so then you have to use the stairs. What we absolutely disliked was the breakfast. It cost 6,00 €/person and it wasn´t worth it at all. We came 50 mins before the end of the breakfast time, and there were empty plates. So the waitress tried to "find something" for us in the kitchen. And that is inappropriate, especially according to the price...

Review 24：location is excellent, staff were very flexible and hepful.. we forgot a scarf at the room, and the staff wanted to send it to us - that was very nice.. we liked the small but nice wellness centre (we had the jacuzzi for an hour as private, it was perfect, especially as it was for free - but it may be charged since then, so you should better ask about it in advance)
