Review 1：The way to car park is quite narrow but it's ok for me. If you are newbie driver, please pay more attention.
Review 2：We booked 1 room with 3 adults. (My husband, my mom and myself) The hotel provided us exactly we wanted.
Review 3：Hotel overpriced everything, 400bath for a small bag of laundry, 400bath for a taxi (should be 100-150), 3600for transport to bangkok (we got it for 2000 ourselves)... So be aware of that they have a business-hotel pricing for these services..
Review 4：Very nice familysuite. The superior room in the old part of the hotel not good.. Staff did their best, english wasn't too good..
Review 5：Balcony is very small, well you can't call it a balcony. Hotel should be great if on business but for holiday, just to far from things to do.

Review 7：There were a lot of banging and drilling noises, most likely maintenance work. However, the noises started at around 6am which woke us up. Unfortunately the pool and gym looked nothing like its pictures and so we were unable to use both. The pool looks like it has never been cleaned, lots of brown patches and murky water, hidden at the back of the hotel. The gym consisted of a treadmill, weights and a stretch machine, and in a tiny corner box room. We were also unaware of the hotel's remoteness to any attractions, and know it is mainly for the convenience of business travellers. Everyday there would be many conferences with people surrounding the reception/hallway.
Review 8：There was plenty of choice at breakfast time: Thai style hot dishes, toast and jam, fresh fruit, coffee. Luckily there was a shopping mall 500mtrs away, otherwise we would have struggled to find restaurants and things to do without travelling afar. Staff tried to help us with a free lift to the mall and help arrange our next travels so that was good. For the night with breakfast, the cost was value for money, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place. The Thai massage was brilliant, and the women are all friendly.
Review 9：Room location was on the 1st. floor facing a parking lot with a very bright security light. TV reception was marginal.

Review 11：The only glitch was total inability of the many staff going past and when asked at reception to supply any towels at the pool. Apparently they prefer to mop up after you if you forget to bring a towel from your room. Likely they would even give fresh towels for the room. Kind and helpful staff, but having no older towels for the pool seems strange!
Review 12：Very smooth and friendly check in and check out. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Rooms in the new wing are really well set up with microwave, basin and space to eat in the room. Separate shower and bath in clean steel and clear class. Great night market opposite the hotel.

Review 15：Location was hard to get around without using expensive taxis. We wanted to rent a car, but due to the time of year we went it proved impossible. Gym was pretty poor. Some of the equipment was broken and poorly maintained. The AC was also not good enough in the gym. The breakfast options were good... but the western breakfast was always kept cold - don't know why as they seemed to have hot plates.
Review 16：Lovely rooms - we were in the new building and the rooms were great. Very modern, great bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options. I enjoyed the pancake machine!
Review 17：The gym/fitness centre is only equipped with few equipment and therefore it is very small. If you look for a good workout in a nice gym, you will be disappointed. The smell on the corridor is not nice at all (the hotel is still under renovation).
Review 18：Breakfast is good with reasonable choice. Room size is good. The hotel itself is spacious. The massage centre in the hotel does not charge much more than the others. Free wifi is also good and stable.

Review 21：A) WIFI that kept on bombing out B) AC dripping onto the floor flooding the whole floor overnight C) General attitude of the Front Desk Staff- 1) I stayed there twice and both times I was allocated a wrong room. 2) Although I booked a room for two people they insisted that I pay extra for the breakfast for the second person because the person did not book into the hotel. 3) On leaving the hotel early because of what I felt was not good service and inconvenient staying conditions I was told that I cannot get a refund of the remaining days although no information about early leaving options existed in any correspondence of the Hotel.

Review 38：The Deluxe/Double twin room was in the old building, which was totally different to the new building. The whole buildling itself is older and the rooms are a little bit more shabbier, however not extremely horrible.
Review 39：The new building of the hotel was excellent, everything was nicely decorated and felt like an extremely decent place to stay. The family suite was great, very spacious and clean and looked very nice. Free fitness room was nice. Hotel close to a pretty big mall for that area.
