Review 1：The toilet, the sink and counter were very short and small. The beds were small as well but very comfortable.

Review 17：The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable and they hotel was well kept and very clean. Definitely will pick this hotel to stay at if I ever go back to Houma again!

Review 18：The stay was overall a pretty good stay but the second day we was there the cleaning crew came in and basically just three the sheets up on the bed to make it look like they had cleaned. The floors hasn't been vacuumed, the amminities hasn't been replaced. No clean towels was left. They done just enough to know they had been there but didn't do there job.

Review 20：I had a little blood on one of the sheets on the beds.. when called to the front desk was told that house keeping had already left for the day and that would have to come down to get a clean one.I took the sheet off the bed. and had it on the chair.. two day later when housekeeping cleanded my room that didn't even took the sheet.. made the bed without a clean sheet. Our toilet was backed up... called front desk to get a it taking care.. no one came after 4 hours.. I walked down and to find someone take care of it.. the maintenance man said he never was told to come take care of the toilet. Thank god it didn't smell..The whirlpool is noisey and was not warm nor hot the 1st day.. the pool and the whirlpool was not clean the 1st day ... and the lady who i guess take care of them both.. saw us in the whirlpool and said she had been off for 2 days and that why they were not cleaned...

Review 22：The rooms were fairly small and basic, and the hotel in the middle of roadwords and large shops. There was nowhere to walk or run nearby.

Review 23：This was an unusual hotel, with a huge pool inside the complex and breakfast served right next to it. We enjoyed our stay. Good laundry.

Review 28：Breakfast - what was on offer was good but cold apart from the biscuit and the coffee. Also room 110 by the gate to ice machine so kept hearing it slam shut when anyone went to get ice or drinks from vending machines.

Review 31：Nice hotel. They are in the process of remodeling rooms. Our room was an older one, but was not bad at all. The beds were comfortable. We had a room facing the pool and it was still well insulated from the sound. They didn't have lifeguards, but did have an employee who sat at the pool in the evening who kept the teens from getting rowdy and kept them from jumping on the little kids.

Review 32：The heater made the room smell awful. The television remote was held together with tape and did not work. Changing the channels manually didn't work either, nor did the volume work. The off button didn't work either, so I had to unplug the television to turn it off. The sheets, pillows, and bedspread smelled musty. There was dust on the furniture, and the chair smelled bad, as if someone had been smoking in it. This really bothered me because I had a nonsmoking room. The breakfast bar was serving crunchy pancakes, which I didn't finish.

Review 68：There was a hole in the way next to the base board. The pillows were not comfortable. They were stuffed into the bottom of the pillow case. Had to take them out and shake the stuffing in them evenly and put the pillow cases back on.
