Review 1：Roaches, bed bugs, horrible smell, broken fixtures and overall lack of cleanliness. We traveled with pets and were told we were given a "pet" room. Staff and a long term tenant traded multiple expletives over a love interest directly outside our door.

Review 5：I don't know where to start, when we arrive they charge us because of the 2nd person, when we went to the room the carpet was dirty, the room don't have towels, no coffee maker, no iron, not enough plugs to connect the coffee maker and we need to make the coffee in the bathroom, we stay for 4 days and 3 nights and they never went to the room to do the cleaning until the day that we leaving.

Review 9：Phone didn't work. Internet didn't work. Place was full of patients (right next door to a healthcare facility of some kind, and may have been connected to the hotel in some way). Waited 20 mins. for a credit card machine to be brought, and paid cash eventually.

Review 11：We felt like a bait and switch scam. Lobby great then you have to drive out back of building and totally different. Parking is so hard to get in and out way small parking. Floors in room sandy had to lay towels down to dust feet when getting in and out of bed. Very loud people outside door All night. Haven't been able to sleep because of the slamming doors and the yelling and arguing by Guest. Found a lighter on floor by night stand an paper on floor. Very few t.v. channels unless you like sports an very bad reception. If I had known about the rooms in the main building so would preferred to booked one. At least then probably wouldn't have to hear stomping all night.

Review 16：The motel was ok. Yet there was some major uncleanliness issues with this motel. Within the shower was evidence of rat droppings and that was also located outside along the staircase. Also there during shower a unclean and used wash towel was located in between shower curtain.
Review 17：had reservations for a smoking room kings sized room but it wasnt available when I got there and was offered either a dbl full or a queen room at a higher price than what I had planned on spending. took the cheaper dbl full and the first room was dirty and the staff switched me to another room. It was cleaner but the fixtures were falling off the wall. one bed was REALLY soft and lumpy and the other was firm.No soap or anyway to wash in the bathroom, good thing I brought my own. Had to ask for an ashtray as well. It served its purpose but I will most likely find somewhere else to stay.

Review 20：Everything ! Not only did I save a lot of money this location was astronomically fantastic !!!!! I'll be booking hear for now on when I come down to visit my family and enjoy recreational time ! It don't get any better than than this !
Review 21：The cleanliness of this location was very poor. The shower looked like it had not been clean thoroughly. Upon an inspection of the various counters and window seals, visible rat feces could be seen. After inquiring about the rat feces, the clerk assured us that the marks was actually "lizard feces". I highly doubt that this was the case. At any rate, the rooms should not have had feces of any kind in the rooms. Also the clerk had a cat at the front desk that roamed around the office as we checked in. Maybe the cat was used to thwart off any rodents. This was a pretty unsanitary location.
