Review 1：My only minor issue was the lack of tables in the restaurant on the level for wheelchair users and they were unwilling to reserve me a table in that area so it was pot luck if one would be available. Once in there though the staff were amazing.

Review 12：This is up there with one of the best. Overall it was great. The food, the facilities, the staff, the room even though it was the land side view room which it turned out was a bonus as the sun shone on the balcony in the late afternoon. Entertainment was actually really good too. The added bonus was that it even had different keep fit classes which I was not expecting. The gym is ok too. Calis is only a 10 minute walk along from the hotel which has restaurants and bars, shops etc. Prices are quite good along there and it's a break from the hotel routine.

Review 13：We went for the first time to an all inclusive hotel with a large family. The quality of the service and the food and overall the facilities was above our expectations and we were really impressed. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Review 28：Just wonderful about everything! The location of the resort is ideal, only 1 minute's walk to the beautiful beach and 15 minutes drive to the center of Fithiye. We booked a family suite, the room is good. My family LOVE the food and drinks and beverages in the resort so much, I should say it's No. 1 among all the all-inclusive resorts I have stayed ever. All the staffs are professional, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the fabulous shows every night, and the spa is nice. 10 thousands of recommendation to stay here if anyone is planning a holiday in Fithiye. Wonderful!

Review 29：The daytime entertainment staff were brilliant. The pool room was immaculately clean and the restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. Having never been to turkey before, in comparison to other popular holiday destinations the overall service and friendliness of people was fantastic. Fethiye fish market is a must see with amazingly cheap and impressive food. Traveling to and from the hotel by Dolmas (bus) was incredibly easy and only 2 Lira. Even though the hotel was fully booked there were more than enough quality sun beds and shades to go around. The room with a private pool was beautiful and convenient for such a great price. A little bit extra for a lot of luxury. The spa was very relaxing and clean with treatments starting at 20euros for an incredible Turkish Bath. Arriving at anytime of the day/night was no problem as there are always people around. After checking out of our hotel room at 12pm we still had a whole day until we flew in the evening, this was no problem as there were incredible shower facilities so we could spend the day in the sunshine. A special thank you to Leon for arranging great quality entertainment every night.

Review 40：My washroom was badly designed, when I opened the door it would hit the seat. The door would open half, and to stand properly in front of the mirror you had to stand in a corner and close the When you need something, there are 80% chances no one will pick up the room service! they should keep room service and reception separately , because usually there is only one person at the reception! who is always burdened by the in coming guests and the room service calls. And when they pick up, there are 90% chances they will ask you to come to the reception. I booked a room online with a pool view, but the one given to me was really not the one with pool view. In their language pool view means the rooms that are faced inside the hotel towards the pool, but it really couldn't see the main pool from my balcony, I could see the trees and the path, pool was far away. I also requested for a double bed, but they gave me the one with twin bed, I had to ask the reception to change it, and rather changing the room, a lady came and pushed the two beds together and made it into single double bed, blocking the only convenient electricity port in between. I had to use the one those were away from the bed. The food is all inclusive, but really you would find hardly anything edible. Even the menu at turkish cuisine was terrible. And I found fried stuff in healthy food corner one day.

Review 41：The place looks good from outside, they have a pool, staff is good, food and drinks are all inclusive but there are so many minor details that are being ignored and it makes your trip horrible. Every morning there was a bad foul smell in my room, that came from the AC vent. I asked the reception to fix it, I smelled mint for a moment, then smell was back in few minutes. Also, when you leave the room, your AC automatically turns off, so when I used to enter my room after having dinner lets say, it would again smell very bad.

Review 42：I would be absolutely nit picking to find something that I didn't like about this place. The land view from the room wasn't the best but we hardly spent anytime in there!

Review 43：Where to start- great room, smiley staff who allowed us to use their facilities when we arrived early and also when we checked out late which was SO helpful! Staff stayed calm and dealt with my stressed out Mum when our transfer to the airport didn't show up and got us a taxi in minutes! Bar staff remembered the drinks I liked after the first night. Free entertainment was pretty good for 2 out of 5 nights but there's something for everyone. Hotel is right on the beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day (maybe we were lucky with the weather?!). Food was great, something for all tastes. Drinks were nice- filled properly with spirits for alcoholic cocktails etc. Dolmuses passed the hotel every 5-10 minutes to take you to towns along the coast such as Calis and Fethiye or Oludeniz if you wish- the first two were around 50p each one way! Would definitely return!

Review 44：Absolutely loved it! We were a big group including me, my husband, our 2 year old daughter and my husband's parents. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect with two balconies, the bigger one facing the beach. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainment after dinner daily was a lot of fun. With such a diverse age group as ours, not a single one of us got bored or disliked anything.

Review 45：The food variety is good however nothing there was light. Whatever I ate, I felt like I had a heavy meal- even though it was just grilled meat and salad. But it may as well be because of the climate change. Ans also they do not provide cotton pads in the room. So do not forget taking your own.

Review 51：Fantastic Hotel! The staff were very friendly. They offered plenty of activities for my 11 year old son to do throughout the day. Even though it was fully booked it didn't feel crowded at all.There was never a queue at the restaurant, or at the bar.

Review 52：Reception staff were extremely unhelpful. we had to wait an hour when we checked in (at 4.30) for the room to be ready. When I asked for a two hour extension on checkout, they were only prepared to do that for a charge...apparently people were checking in which is why he couldn't extend as a matter of goodwill. They were stroppy when I asked for help getting on to internet

Review 55：I liked everything about this hotel.I have stayed in all inclusive hotels before but nothing like Jiva.The Staff is great and so friendly.The first day we arrived we stayed in a smelly room, but the staff was very helpful they tried to fix the problem and since it didn't work they moved us to another room the next day knowing that the hotel was almost fully booked.The food is great. They have yoga and aqua gym like everyday and the team is great.The shows they do every night are superb.The beach is great and the weather as well it is windy all the time so it doesn't get so humid.

Review 58：The pool area can become quite noisy during the day with various activities (such as, for example, pool aerobics and volley ball) and loud music so we chose to sunbathe on the beach which is quiet and relaxing. Evening dinner service is too short, starting at 7pm and ending at 9pm (compared to breakfast which runs from 7am until 10am with a late breakfast option 10am until 11am). The hours for dinner really need to be extended until at least 10pm.

Review 59：We stayed in an attic room with a large, private balcony and views out towards the sea. The room - and hotel in general - is clean, modern and comfortable with good facilities and friendly staff. The food is very good and there's always plenty to eat regardless of whether you choose to dine towards at the start or end of service. The hotel has its own beach with plenty of beds.

Review 60：We decided to spoil ourselves during our last nights in Turkey and booked the king suite. It was very luxurious. We liked booking the meals at the specialty restaurants, even though you had to pay more- it was worth it and you left stuffed! The buffet was great for breakfast- as was the snack bar for lunch. The kids loved the slides- we had an amazing time.

Review 72：Hotel staff generally rude, minus a few - especially those in the restaurant. It seems this restaurant definitely caters more for non-British people!!! Had issues in our room to which they did not keep us informed of progress nor really resolve it - tried to move us to another room but the view was not as good and it was further away so we refused. Lack of communication and service. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Loose light fittings, etc. Obviously the rooms are new but if they're not fully ready, don't book them out! We've stayed in many 5* hotels and this is definitely not a 5* - more like a 3* max! Avoid...stay nearer Calis shop/market area - the hotels may not be very luxury but the people are so friendly over there, it's almost like you're in a completely different town!

Review 74：Room a little sparse. Could use some pictures on room walls. Strange room layout with 1 large bed and 1 single bed (ok setup for family) but for couple would have prefered sitting area instead of bed or desk. While property is not to 5 star international standard it is a very good 4 star. Actually not much that we didn't like!

Review 75：Modern, clean hotel. Very good food & drink included. Good location right on beach (ok, across very small road) in far northern area of crowded city in a very nice area of newer buildings. Excellent enterainment the 1 night we spent there (turkish music/dancing by young energitic staff) Well run place would have liked to stay longer While you have to check out at noon you can still have lunch that day which starts at 12:30. In addition, if you want you can use facilities like pool with towels and they even have spa where you can shower if you are catching an evening plane.

Review 76：Wi-Fi was disaster. If you plan to use internet during your stay I absolutely do not recommend. Not only in rooms or in garden, but in the whole facility is internet connection unstable and very slow. It would be fair to inform visitors that there is not internet connection. Beach - is not the worst what I have ever seen, but definitely not beautiful. Problem is that in this part of Fethiye are all the beaches like this. But on the other hand, they know it so keeping beach clean and with good service.

Review 77：Food was very good quality, various choices, almost every day something new. Excellent, except of sushi. Maybe it was sporadic problem only, but rice was like glue not eatable at all. Staff very friendly, but some of them do not understand english. It was little bit tricky in bar, sometimes was difficult to explain what we wanted and we got what did not order.

Review 85：I had an incident where a reception staff memeber booked tours she wasn't supposed to and pocketed her own commission, after whixh I approached guest relations who didnt seem concerned. Also, I had stomach upset from one of the late lunch option (bolognaise)-totally my fault because I should have noticed the food was cold (and Im a doctor).

Review 97：On arrival they charged for 3 rooms -6 nights in 10 seconds, which was a lot of money and did it so fast we couldnt even split the amount even betweev 2 families and then when we wanted a second room key they asked for a deposit !!!!! we were 4 adults and for children........the first night my daughter injured her ankle in the hotels amphitheatee stairs she was crying and we called a cab from the reception carried her in our arms threw the rception went to the hospital and came back with a splint and again went threw reception and nobody from the management asked what happened...how did it happen, or if anything could have been done to prevent the accident or even a get well soon wish.... very small pools and very bad sea if we didnt book the rooms with pools in front we would not be able to stay 6 days. Live music only one night. during the day the pool bars keep playing the same 10 songs over and over and over again for days....check out trouble .......A lot more but this is the third time a am trying to get this review threw, I dont know how this place got so high reviews in he first place....not good for your money,

Review 99：I would not say there are anything which we didnt like but I believe this resort is seeking perfection in everything they provide and do, so I will mention minor things which can give good impressions: -Check in timing: We arrived about 1.5 hours before 2 pm (check in time) so we had to wait some time before we got our room, I believe something can be done to improve on this side. -Room cleaning service timings: sometimes room cleaning personnel will come clean our room at 10 am and sometimes around lunch time. It would be great if hotel residents can give their preferred timings for room cleaning.

Review 101：The WiFi in THE Room is not working. You are not allowed to take guests for more Then 10 minutes inside.. I planned an activity and hè only was allowed for 10 minutes in THE lobby. THE complete hotel has fungus on THE wall! This is dangerous... THE people working in THE bar on THE right of THE hotel are lazy and not interested. There where no guests in THE bar but They refused to come to us to take order. THE shower was flooding and THE water went out of THE shower... There is more to say but dont go here...They claim to be 5 star but this is more 3 star. They Also dont ask guests on THE end if you enjoy your stay.. Probably They know akready ...
