Review 1：Everything was amazing. The breakfast was exceptional and staff were incredibly friendly and always put our comfort first even providing us with a special vegetarian menu. We celebrated our anniversary here and staff helped to make it a truly special occasion, nothing was too much trouble.The complimentary Tuk Tuk was very useful and the rooms were stunning. The half price happy hour at the ocean side bar was the perfect way to wind down. Exceptional value for money.

Review 2：We preferred the beachside so would request that in the future. Beach kept clean in our area but alot of rubbish up the beach otherwise not the hotels fault plus an unfortunate aroma sometimes from the sea that couldn't be helped. All worth it for the setting though that was otherwise amazing

Review 3：The staff were amazing happy to attend to any requests very polite and friendly 5 star service with a smile. Beach beds that were huge and plenty full which transformed into sofas at night with candlelight. The food was fab. We booked the Swanky room which was massive with a lovely big bed outside it.

Review 6：Service at the pool was not good: although food was good at the Restaurant on the beach, the Food at the pool and the People serving it was poor. Worst spaghettis I ever saw for our little child. For People with Walking disabilities not suitable as the whole property is full of steps without anywhere to hold onto. Even in some of the rooms there are steps as well and some of the second floor rooms have very steep stairways up - but the Hotel mentions it when they confirm with you.

Review 7：Beautiful area, nice architecture, very trendy, cool beach bar for Drinks after dinner. Lovely Restaurant on the beach. Close to the City, the Hotel owned tuk-tuk can take you in 5 min. downtown. Lovely and very helpful statt all over the Hotel, very friendly (except at the inner pool area).

Review 8：Our room was lovely, nice to sit out on the small patio and near to the swimming pool. The staff could not do enough to help and always with a smile. Lovely touch serving us passion fruit tea on our arrival

Review 12：The spa a little overprized in my opinion, you get the same treatment for a lot less across the street, for example thai massage 250bht in other places, at hotel 900bht. No paddling pool for small kids but this really was not a major issue for us (we travelled with our 1,5 year old son).

Review 13：Great staff, comfy room and beautiful hotel area. Good breakfast with a lot to choose from. Complimentary tuktuk into the city center a real plus. A lot of small things that make your stay special, for example the small treats they bring to your room every evening.

Review 14：The road to cross to go to the beach. Some people were making lots of noise at 6am and the staff didn't interfere. The staff by check out didn't even ask how was the stay and just said sorry when explained about the noisyear people.

Review 21：The staff were superb from the GM down. We have traveled extensively and never before have we experienced consistently superb service. The food was also very good and the small touches throughout the day like free water, tapas etc were well appreciated. The Thai staff also especially remembered my birthday and presented me with a small cake which was a lovely touch. Everyone on staff wished me a happy birthday as I came in contact with them. This was a truly excellent stay with these beautiful people.

Review 22：I cannot rate this property more highly. Everything is done so well. Little extras in arrival departure and during the day are a little added extra. Staff are brilliant and Manager is quietly overseeing most things and ensuring guests are happy

Review 46：The only thing I hadn't appreciated is that Hua Hin is quite a busy town, and more built up and bling than we expected. There are a few hidden gem restaurants, but there is also a lot of mediocre places catering for the mass market. The beach by Putahracsa isn't for swimming really because it's too shallow but the pool at the hotel more than made up for it. If you're looking for an oasis of calm near Bangkok that has everything you could need inside it or nearby, Hua Hin is for you. But if you prefer untainted beaches and small, characterful beachside cafes, this wouldn't be my first choice. That said, we loved Putahracsa!

Review 47：The hotel was extremely well run by staff who couldn't do enough for you. The twin room was perfect for what we needed (I travelled with a friend) and the food was amazing. Even though there are quite a few rooms it doesn't ever feel busy. The hotel is in two separate sections - one more secluded couples section (Oceanside) and the other for more sociable folk (Gardenside) - divided by a fairly busy road. We stayed in the Gardenside and were very happy with our choice because it's more spacious but still with lots of privacy. Oceanside is great for a sundowner or a drink under the stars later on. We preferred the upper tier rooms, rather than ground floor. We took a tour to the nearby Sam Roi Yod national park, which was great and showed us the type of beaches Thailand is famed for. Sadly Hua Hin doesn't have them (but we may not have venture far enough away from the hotel/centre?).

Review 48：beach practically non existent, and very poorly maintained. hotel should keep beach access path on the side of propertly clean & free of debris. Inspite of asking for tender green coconut every day, only once in 5 days did hotel source it. suggest more frequent service of beachfront sunbeds removing empty plates& glasses rather than a big clean at the end of the day to prepare the area for evening cocktails. elevator music all day long!!

On the welcome note, they have someone else s name displayed on my bed, water tap handle fall off, coffee machine doesn't work. Toilet smells very bad and I had the ventilation fan open all day long, the smell never changed, discussing. I closed the toilet door and the bathroom door, but can still smell it from the bedroom all night. You Must cross a busy main road to go to the beach, and the beach is very dirty , Full of rubbish and broken glasses, the hotel reception told us its a private beach, but actually its a public beach, We had to wait until 3:30pm to check in the room cos its not ready. The villas are very close to each other, you can see people everywhere, the resort layout is very dense. Try to call guest service phone always engaged. Very disappointing overall, will never come back to this hotel again, not worth for the money. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 55：The hotel decor was very tasteful. The attention to detail for example, cookies and fruit in the evening and cool bags of water whilst sunbathing were very welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly at all times. Even arranging a shower and changing room for a later check out. We were fortunate to spend Christmas Eve in the hotel and the environment was excellent. I would fully recommend this hotel without reservation.

Review 56：Some small and few details can be better though. - Wish the staff removes food that has been served at the pool when you are finished with the food do not allow it to stand - Replace the pads, they were hard - Coffee tasted nothing in the thermos that they served in at breakfast, like water - Beach just outside off the beach club could do with a little cleaning, would allso have been nice with some sun loungers on the beach -pool does not have a children's section but it works well anyway

Review 60：My primary reason for coming to Thailand for 1.5 days to swim in the sea. Although this hotel is right on the beach, the sea is very dirty (by the colour and the smell and the surface foam it feels like the canalisation waters of the whole town are going directly into the sea).
