Review 1：The gym needs sanitary wipes to clean off the exercise equipment. I had spilled some coffee on our bedsheets. Much to my surprise the sheet was not changed by the maid service even though there was a noticeable stain.

Review 2：Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the Overture Center. Nice breakfast assortment in the morning.

Review 3：The hotel staff went out of their way to make certain we had a pleasant stay. They could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We parked the car and either walked to where we wanted to go or used the friendly van service. The breakfast was more than adequate. There are also salads and sandwiches available for purchase. I walked away totally satisfied. Give this place a chance; it will not disappoint and you will be pleased.

Review 4：The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly too. I loved the location. We parked our car in the convenient parking structure attached to the hotel and didn't need it for the whole weekend. We walked everywhere. Parking is $10 per night which is very reasonable. The free breakfast was pretty good too. It was more than just bagels and muffins. The oatmeal was yummy and my husband enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend this hotel if ever staying in Madison.
