Review 1：Not a bad experience, but simply noting that the hallway looked ... used. Clean, but not new. Doesn't bother me, might bother some.

Review 2：I liked the location near the DTC (but cheaper by half than the convention hotel) and the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. And I like meeting other guests' dogs.

Review 3：Late check in. Told us to come back in a half hour(we came back in 2hrs)it still wasn't ready!! No shampoo packets! Elevator took forever!Worst stay I've ever experienced

Review 11：The girl at the front desk was very rude. We had problems with the wifi that we had to pay for. Construction was being done on our floor and several times construction workers just came into our room. The staff didnt seem to care and it was unsettling to have people just coming into our room. I will never stay here again or recommend this motel to anyone I know!!!!!!!

Review 14：Staff acted like I was disturbing them by checking in after hours. Beds were gross and had food crumbs under the covers, it was disgusting. Had to pay in order to get Wifi so we did not. Counters were dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. On our last day the maids came to see if we were going to check out at 9am when check out wasn't until 11am. When we started taking our stuff out to our car at 10:30am and came back up to get the rest the maids had watched and locked us out of our room. We had to grab one of them to open our room for us so that we could get the rest of our stuff. Very disappointed in the quality and treatment we received, yes it was the cheapest hotel we could find at the time but that doesn't excuse the way we were treated. It should have been more like $30 a night rather than $70. Very trashy looking and in a scary part of town.

Review 16：The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them, the floor was filthy, a used towel was left in the bathroom.Yet to be honest it was cleaner than the Super 8 we left from.

Review 21：When booking had put arrive by 2000hrs, arrived by 2000hrs was told had to be there by 1800hrs, weighted in lobby for about 15 minutes for the attendant. While weighting notice hallway, lobby was not clean, in the morning from the outside look like shades were missing from rooms..

Review 22：Repair and maintenance of rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Housekeeping crew need to take better pride in the work of providing quality sheets and linens for beds. Not those with slashes and cigarette butts on them. Microwave didn't work

He managed to find a room after we refused to take the wrong one. Towels were full of hair and torn. Floors were dirty. The smell in the halls was awful. The outside doors did not lock. Won't be back.

Review 26：Beginning with my check in and the desk person saying the room was not ready and it would be 30 minutes (it was after 3) and I had driven a while and was tired and said Ok, but where is the restroom? Reply - we have no public restroom. My response, I'm not the public, I am a paying customer. Sorry…can't help you. I ask for a manager, there is none (!) but she confers with another gal and gives me a room on the 4th floor - the curtain is falling off, it SMELLS and the floor is sticky … There are many shady type guys hanging around the downstairs. In the morning when I left, the young guy riding down in the elevator with me (and my big dog) had a beat up face. With my work I just couldn't ignore him and offered advil. He took it :-) So - do not stay here unless you run with the fight club crowd and bring a big dog. Very BAD place - including the gal who checking me in to the lovely room - I overhear her talking to one of the guys hanging around - OH yeah I got sucker punched last night … as she shows the cut on her lip. Yeah, great place.

Review 54：Everything is sticky. From the walls doors and floors to head boards and sheets. The rooms are coated in filth. Yellow stains all over the walls and sheets. The air conditioning units are full of trash and the refrigerators are lined with old food and spilled drinks. The only thing nastier than the rooms and trash filled halls are the staff. I recommend sleeping in a down town Detroit gutter over spending a second at this motel 6.

Review 55：Not a single thing. The location is almost impossible to find. Wedged between 2 far nicer places to stay. As you enter the lobby the unfriendly staff checks you in. A foul odor wafts through the entrance and the bad experience is about to begin.
