Review 1：We got back about midnight on the last night of our stay and our card to get into the room didn't work. Luckily, the security guard was in front of the office and was able to let us in, or we'd be sleeping in our car!

Review 2：The staff was nice. We had a late check in. Also, the security guard opened our door when our card didn't work on the last night of our stay. I also liked the bed cover.

Review 3：Only the price, but it was during Christmas and Plantation Hale actually had some of the better prices.

Review 4：The hotel was in a great spot, quiet, off the main road, close to the ocean, grocery stores, restaurants. The staff were superb, even when we showed up earlier than check-in, we were given a room. The room was large, beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi a great way to relax at the end of the day. We had reservations for a kayaking trip out of Wailua, so the hotel was in a perfect location for us. We couldn't swim at the beach close by as the surf was rough in winter, but there were plenty of beaches both directions, towards Kapali Coast and Waimea Canyon (in Poipu).

Review 5：Choice of this facility was based on advertised availability of wifi and NO smoking. On arrival found no wifi and person sent to re-establish it, was unsuccessful, so never did have wifi. Also smoke wafted up from below our suite, from where others were smoking. The disgusting stink was obnoxious. Cleanliness of the suite was lacking. I would not return.

Review 19：I liked the privacy of our own little apartment. The room has a separate small living room and small kitchen. Also liked the outside bbq areas, we went to Costco and grilled up some burgers and tri-tip during our stay.

Well situated to get around island by car or walk to beach, farmer's market, grocery/drug store and old town Lihue. Tanya at on-site concierge/tours is excellent!.

Review 33：Centrally located 20 mins outside of the airport and good restaurants (Kintaro, Kilauea Fish Market, Tiki Tacos) and spas (Ola Massage), the hotel is excellent -- bed is comfortable, room is big, kitchen is well-equipped. Although the facilities are not brand new, they were perfectly clean and in good condition. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel -- highly recommended!

Discount tickets and an event person right there to explain what to do and help you select where to go...I would go back to this place again.... and just walk across the road and take a very very short walk to the ocean. Review 36：Kitchen should be a little more equipped with cooking utensils and beds need to be replaced more often as one of the beds sagged a lot more than the other.

Review 44：I didn't like that we had to leave so soon. Now we wished that we had flown in on Friday, and stayed 2 nights instead of 1! Because of our schedule, we didn't get to play in that wonderful looking pool right outside our door or walk over to the beach which was so close! It was just cruel!

From the staff (CeeCee on the phone, and Crystal at the Front Desk), to the beautiful and stylish room, great view, comfort, and ease of checking in and out, my cheer squad and I LOVED it! The girls, my Head Coach and I felt right at home, and we had the BEST night's sleep. We needed a place where we could make sure the girls were fed and comfortable and we found just that. FABULOUS!

Review 73：The nice location is where the good ended. First of all.. Our Room wasn't ready on time. We had to wait for 3-4 hours after an already long travel. Our room wasn't ready. Next, they were trying to renovate while we're there. They came into the room even after we hung the "privacy please" on the door knob. One morning, we even woke up to them already in the bathroom. That was a extremely uncomfortable morning. That happened on multiple occasions. Next, Bathroom was leaking. And flooded into the hallway and into our room! We Aldo had to deal with Cockroaches and other bugs even with all the doors clos They could still somehow get in even with all the doors closed. And the toilets often didn't flush. They should've comp'd something when I complained on multiple occasions but never offered. ..and when I asked for a late checkout because our room wasn't ready the first day and had to check in late.. They said no. And told us we had to pay if we stayed over. Terrible. Completely disappointed. Never staying there again!!

It has a lovely rambling style with large kitchen andliving spaces in addition to the bedroom with a balcony looking at thegardens. Review 79：As stated, the first room was terrible, but problem was quickly remedied. You can't hear the ocean from this property and there is a lot of noise from the highway. Didn't bother us too much if you closed the windows and used the air conditioner. No laundry facilities in room, but a pay laundry in each building.

Review 80：Centrally located on island. First room was dingy and smelled awful with two double beds. Talked to front desk and were immediately moved to bright, wonderful room with king size bed. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout visit.

The hedge was overgrown and full of spider webs the first half of the week that we were there and then when it was trimmed, destruction of the lot next door started which made it noisy and not a relaxing place to spend any time during the daytime hours.

I ended up chucking out two cracked dunking glasses, and bought a frying pan and a sharp paring knife(which I took home)! The tub water stopped didn't work. The entire bathroom area never seemed clean enough. Dark and tight. It could probably benefit from a facelift.

Review 87：I didn't like the hidden parking, Wi-Fi fees which amounted to$175.00 for 2 weeks. I didn't like that the morning pool time of8:00am was not enforced as families with young children were in the poolby 7:30am. I didn't like it that there were no chairs or lounges touse on the lawn near the pool. The barbeque area was ant infested andthe grill was extremely dirty the first day we used it.

Review 97：When we first arrived and got our keys for our room we were shocked to find other people were already there! we went back to the front desk and they made us wait a while before they could find us an empty room. The microwave didn't work very well and was making a loud noise when you turn it on. The bathtub was clogged and it took you all day to fix it so no one could take a shower on Saturday. The couch was so old that you could not even sit on the middle cushion with out it caving in and you ended up sliding to the floor. You should really have functional furniture. I reported all of these issues and no one even acknowledged the fact that there was anything wrong or said they would be fixed.

Review 98：The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were able to get a good price online and the location is excellent.
