Review 1：Nothing bad at all.... Only negative I would say is wifi was a little off in the room but fine everywhere else!

Review 2：The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous! As soon as I had a small problem with getting my TV on as the remote needed batteries, the technician was straight up to help! Lovely location and ambience and my room was beautiful and spotless!

Review 3：The hotel has an excellent feel to it. Located in a quiet area but still walking distance from some of the good restaurants and pubs as well as the bus stop. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to explain things including certain smaller but important details. Mr. Hasan would come in for special mention here. Breakfast can be better but that won't stop me from going back to the same hotel were I to go back to Calis.

Review 8：The Hotel staff were very Friendly and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Manager ( Hasan) and his staff were just so helpful and made me feel very comfortable being on my own that was important. The Breakfast which was included with my stay was amazing. So much to choose from and fresh every day. Also drinks Tea, Coffee Juice, everything you could possibly want and if you wanted anything extra fried egg, omelette they would cook this for you fresh . The room was cleaned every day fresh towels change of bedding , the maids were so helpful and lovely. To sum this Hotel up Amazing value for money it has everything you could possibly want and more you will have an enjoyable stay . Review 9：Breakfast could be slightly better, location is far from Fethiye center, but there is a bus for 2TL. Taxi will cost 35TL. WiFi was poor in the room, barely worked for FaceTime, but emails and Facebook worked well. Floors in the room were not cleaned properly. Towels were also worn off. Minibar was empty, I would use some snacks. I did use Turkish bath at the SPA, the lady was rushing to finish in 30 minutes and I think finished even earlier, so didn't enjoy much.

Review 10：Great value for money. Well decorated boutique hotel. Clean bathroom, nice private terrace. Comfortable bed, good AC, big screen TV (didn't use), SPA-center, well equipped gym. Breakfast was basic, but enough for me (lacked fried eggs and good cappuccino), very nice bathroom equipment (shower heads, taps), nice toiletries. No laundry service in the hotel, but can be arranged at the reception. Pool looked clean and there is a bar by the pool, but I didn't use either. Overall it's a great hotel for this price range. Any problems may be solved with reception.

Review 11：The safe box in my room wasn't working, so i had to leave stuff at reception which was inconvenient. The location is too far from the well-lit beach area to walk back alone in the evening.

Review 15：we stayed there for our honeymoon, it's so beautiful room and hotel. A staff told us a liar and he said it's free 30 mins for massage we asked him third times to make sure it's free but end up for paid extra bills by the day room checked out and we were not happy with price. will never come back again in same hotel, they all thinking about money than customers. they are so greedy money!

Review 16：First we where made to wait 2 hours after check in time to go to our rooms, staff where supposed to tell us when the room was ready but we have to persistently ask if we could check in yet. I have stayed at the hotel before and my sister stated the previous week. On my previous stay and my sisters stay the quality of the room was very different and we where in the same class, she had fruit wine slippers dressing gowns drinks and towels in her room, we had none and it looked like the bed had been quickly made since the last guests but the room had not been re stocked at all. My sister was told she had 30 minuted free spar time with her package and although we had the exact same package they charged us for the spar time claiming it was not free and my sister couldn't have had it free. The receptionist also tried to charge us for a bar bill we didn't have! The hotel was great on our previous stay but this year's visit was definitely not worth the money and we will not be booking again!

Review 18：The hotel collaborate with some "daily trip company" that is a nightmare. I mention this in the hotel review because every service has been paid to the hotel and not directly to the comany. What a shame...

Review 24：im quite disappointed with the reception because i was asking several time in advance to booking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but in the finaly when it was time to living they didn,t make the booking, so i was call the taxi and i spend ten time more money than the shuttle..and fortunatly i was arrive just in time before the flight left,,but i was running,, another point i get problem in the shower in .the bottom the wast water wasn,t flow. i was asking several times to solve the problem but they didn.t do..plus the shower wasn,t clean well, some mold in the corner, they have to learn to be more professional. plus its quite far from the beach

Review 41：Out of season was no evening meal, which was one reason for going as celebrating birthday. We stated this when booking. We only live 5 mins walk away, it was to be an evening as a treat. I think the bathroom could have done with a good clean and the carpet certainly needed vacuuming. The clock radio didn't work. No one to show us how to access the satellite stations or even any. The was a tear in the sheet which you wouldn't expect in a top hotel.

Review 43：I booked a soft bed due to a bad back. They ignored this.Cold water. Unhelpful and rude when I srrived. No massage facilities as advertised. No working TV. No working air conditioning although the night boys tried to help to get it working. which was reported. I moved immedistely! A very unpleassnt experience and a long ealk to restaurants and shops. No senior manager available to speak to.

Also despite having lots of facilities such as turkish baths, sauna and massage lists they had no therapist available to actually use these facilities, also the indoor pool did not seem to be heated when we used it

Review 53：The hotel was generally pretty good, the pool is a good size, the breakfast was good and had some traditional turkish things such as menemen and cheese boreks. The bar manager Emre was friendly and helpful and gave us some very good advice about the general area, and was an all round lovely man. You could tell they had put effort in to the room design despite the small size it had everything you would need although not to my taste and the bathroom was nice an clean and the shower very good. The staff were very helpful as our flights didn't leave till late in the evening so they stored our bags and were happy for us to be in the hotel , use the facilities etc until our transfer arrived which they had organised for us

Review 54：Reception staff had challenging English. ( but their English is better than my Turkish). We had a double/twin room and it was small.

Review 55：It's new and modern, but will age as the cleaning, and some leaks leave a little to be desired. It's close to the Dolmus, so getting into Fethiye is simple. ( but I would pick fethiye next time). Nice pool area It was relatively cheap, but I suspect the price will increase after they have been open for awhile. Included in the price was45 mins. Per day in the onsite Turkish bath.

Review 65：Hotel is so luxury looking, and personel is so friendly, and they try to help every time with smile. Breakfast is very wide range, you can find everything, egg, variety of cheeses, pastry, sausage, etc. It is so wide-range breakfast. Rooms are very clean, and have dvd player, tv satellite, minibar, etc. We had wonderful time in there.

Review 68：It's a small silent hotel on a quiet area in Fethye. We had a car so it was no problem to visit everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and diverse. The rooms with the pool acces are really nice because you can dive in the pool from your balcony. The other rooms are nice as well. Satelite TV has many many TV Channels, also there are free DVS's with movies at the reception. The bartender was always very nice and gave good reccomendations. He told us about the fish market, a wonderful place of which we didn't know about last year. The boat trip we took was an excellent choice: Cevdet Kaptain. Strongly reccomend it: 45 TL and takes you to places nice for snorkeling and swimming. Around 40 people on the boat and great lunch. Very important it was a silent boat, so no music to bother us. The whole family is great. Also don't miss to buy your own fish from the fish market downtown and to take it to the near by restaurants for them to cook it for you for 6TL/person. It's an amazing experience. Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon Beach) is also nice but try not to eat lunch there the food is horrible. I think it's better to bring your own food or try the restaurants at the entrance of Oludeniz. Fethiye is a wonderful place...

The new person said the manager was off for the day. In the endwe took a cab to the airport.

The three nights we stayed we only saw two people eating in the restaurant (two nights the lights weren't even on!), and the pool was only used by me but felt awkward with several (male) staff always sat beside the pool meant my partner didn't want to use the pool. Cold showers on our first night left a sour note! Most reception staff didn't speak very good English and couldn't help us with several of our questions. For the cost this was a bad choice and we wouldn't return.

Review 118：A beautiful setting a fifteen minute walk from the beach. Being away from the package holidayers (and resulting restaurants targeted to them) meant that we ate at some great Turkish restaurants with reasonable prices and very welcoming staff.
