Review 1：No fans in the bathrooms.

Review 2：One bedroom suite was comfy like home. We booked the same room for 2 trips and enjoyed ourselves. The room had 2 tv's , full size refrigerator, stove & microwave. The staff was always kind and accommodating. Hot coffee etc always available & free breakfast.

Review 3：Highly dissatisfied with the staff at all levels. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Had stiff necks for all of us with very thick pillows. Even after complaint to the staff including emails (by my booking.com through which I booked the hotel) to general manager, they did nothing to help with this situation. Dirty and very old carpets in the room. Breakfast staff very discourteous ... Forget about the smile on the staff's face to greet you, the guy was rude and unhelpful.

Review 6：Super friendly staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. (Could be extended a little later for sleeping in and still making it to breakfast.) Location "is great for visiting UAlbany! Being able to make a home cooked meal for my daughter in the room was great.

Review 15：I wasn't aware of the closet was damped until few days before my check out, the closet was moldy and my personal belongings were damaged. The management insisted that my stuff was wet before my check in. I stayed there for 21 days.

Review 17：Cresthill was not aware of my request to bring our dog. There was an additional $100.00 fee, non-refundable. The WiFi signal was not strong from my room, so I had to work from the lobby. The room key did not work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there.

Review 18：The woman who was on shift when I checked in tried to make the best out of a poor situation-- suprise pet fee, key not working to the room for 2 out of 3 days, WiFi not working from my room.

Review 19：The experience was good. But, the facilities are in need of upgrading. The hotel us doing so now, but for the expense of the room, it should have been done years sooner.

Review 20：Staff and location were great.

Review 21：The beds had urine stained and blood stained mattress pads (in two different rooms) which the staff did not apologize for (on both occasions). Socks and other things from previous visitors were found under the bed which clearly shows the staff isn't cleaning properly. We were in two different rooms and both rooms had tubs which were black (but turned whiter once we cleaned them). The mirror was splattered with something as well. The staff never apologized for any of these issues. There was also a horrible smell coming from the second rooms bathroom and in the hall) (rotten egg smell) which they claimed to not smell but later came up in the night and sprayed the hallway (which we saw them through the peephole). I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 27：I liked that the room was more like a condo than a hotel room. I had a full sized stove and refrigerator, dishes and silverware a huge comfortable king sized bed and very nice bathroom. There was a nice desk and chair to work on my computer and free wifi that actually worked and a pleasant living room area. I had two flat screens, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There was a laundry room as well as complimentary breakfast every day plus a few days where dinner was served too. The parking is free with a huge lot. The place is kept immaculate and seconds away from the highway. I was very pleased with the service staff and they were all very pleasant and helpful.

Review 28：The room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room! The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom was VERY, VERY , DIM ! Also, I am gluten free and they had nothing for me to eat.

Review 48：The bathroom wasn't completely clean, the shower head is so, my 5'10" daughter had to stoop and my 6'4" son really had to kneel to get wet. The kitchen cabinet doors were grubby as were the controls on the stove. The beds were not very comfortable.

Review 49：Loved that the suite was very spacious, light and bright, bath large, and the TV had a remote made specifically for it that functioned well. Loved the On Demand feature and access to ALL HBO stations. Also, desk personnel were wonderful and gave us a great lead for dinner, Delmonico's.

Review 54：The hair dryer was not properly attached to the wall, and the smoke detector in the bedroom had been covered with a plastic bag by a previous guest. These are things housekeeping should have taken care of when the room was cleaned after the previous guest.

Review 55：The kitchen was not designed well. The dishwasher slammed into the counter. I don't like fluorescent lights in the kitchen. The smoke alarm was an eye sore. The curtains fell off the bar when closing the windows. I am used to a bit more luxury and will probably not return here.

Review 65：The noise level in our room was very high. We faced a major roadway and had lots of road traffic noise coming from outside. Additionally, our heater would scrape and grind so loudly that we actually resorted to unplugging it during the night. Despite this, we were still able to get a good night's sleep after unplugging the heater. No further complaints.

Review 69：The top section of the cabinet the TV sits on needs to be discarded. When you swivel the TV towards the sofa, it blocks reception for the remote. The cabinet partially blocks your view from both the bed and sofa viewpoints.

Review 76：The housekeeping supervisor was too pushy in getting me to accommodate her cleaning schedule. Parking was not easy to find on a snowy day. The $ 100 pet fee was unexpected and was disguised as a " non-refundable deposit". The convenience store was misrepresented.

Review 88：When we were checking out my wife noticed a sign which read,people under 21 could not check in to this motel. When she inquired about this to the young man at the desk he said," That's correct. Children are not welcome but dogs are. Children can sometimes get out of hand." I'm disappointed to know I cannot bring my 6 year old grandson but I can take my Pittbull. Guess this will be my last visit to your establishment.
