Review 1：This is a extended stay lodging: however there was only one coffee cup, one bowl, two plates.No disposable cups (how would we know it is clean and sterile?) no dish detergent, no hand soap, no shampoo,no conditioner. Front door was unable to be opened to drop off keys prior to office opening, if there was a key drop off box it was not properly marked, so necessitated an extra trip to return keys. Staff was not particularly sympathetic when informed of deficiencies. WIFI did not function ZERO STARS

Review 12：The only thing I didn't care for was being given a room on the second floor when the hotel has no elevator. The stairs was quite a workout claiming them every day but for the price you couldn't beat it. I will still there anytime I need a hotel in the area.
Review 13：I loved the room it was so clean and it had all the comforts of home. I felt safe to stay alone and the hotel is located in the heart of the city so all places to shop and eat are near. Staff was especially nice, professional and friendly.
Review 14：it should've been brought up that there was no replenishment of towels and/or cleaning until after a weekend... I was able to get more towels, it just would've been nice to know in advance. WALL of my room was right behind the main office; I could hear someone on the phone; very loud, someone upstairs kept me up most of the night

Review 46：What I didn't like is I have been coming to this hotel and I never did a deposit with Paying cash. When I check in this time it was a deposit, there was no sign up or nothing. So Thank GOD I had enough cash to do that instead of going back out in the rain and get more cash.

Review 48：I just think that they should reconsider their pet policy and include cats. They are a part of our furry friends and family and I often feel that I am being discriminated against because I choose a feline (cat) as my pet instead of a canine (dog). And also on their website they say that they are "pet friendly" but once again they don't specify that they do not accept cats. I always check the pet policies before booking a reservation and if they had of specified that they don't accept cats I would have never booked the room. I'm just thankful that they were polite and worked with me! Just in the future it would probably be better if they specified as to what types of pets they accept! Other than this my stay was great!!
Review 49：My husband and I enjoyed our stay, we were in town for the holidays. The only problem we had was upon arrival getting into the building, as there are no employees on site at the hour that we arrived which was fine!, went smoothly but getting into our room was a different story! Our room key didn't work. I called the number given and they immediately got in touch with the on call manager who in turn came quickly to the property to resolve the problem! Within 30 minutes the manager had us in another room and all was right with the world!! The next morning I went to the office to take care of my pet fee and the signing of my paperwork and when I told them that my pet was a 12 lb cat they had to think about whether or not i would be allowed to stay because they normally do not accept cats. I explained that my cat was very well behaved, completely litter trained (I mean he is 11 years old!), and had been my traveling companion since he was born! They accepted him. After this my stay was wonderful! The hotel is well kept and quiet! I would return again!

Review 56：Property is VERY old, in much need of repair. Bathroom lacks caulking and where there is some needs replacement. Vanity is small and lacks horizontal surface to put your supplies out. Doors are thin and you hear everything happening in the hall. Kitchen is a joke as it has a microwave and a coffee maker with a ref rig and sink. HVAC is from the window system is hard to control temps and airflow. Because this was a football weekend they overprice a very under performing property. Would I stay here again? Not even on a Pirate weekend!!
