Review 11：It was too large and unpersonal, the decor was drab and the corridor was hot and poorly lit. The bathroom was cramped, you would wet the floor when you showered.

Review 13：The sheet was dirty, with clean sheet on the 'outside'. I was in a room next to the hall from the elevator-- able to hear the folks as the came in at various hours of the night.
Review 14：The location is close to the main thoroughfare and ATMs, within walking distance to Tesco Lotus, close to the bus station and market. I chose the Bfast included option--and 'anything' was OK to choose, rather than a pre-selected few items. When preparing to settle-in, something drew me to check the sheets-- the top sheets were clean, however the 'bed-sheet' was indeed used, with a couple long, dark, course hairs, and LOTS of wrinkles+creases from use. When I called down to ask for clean sheets, it was a short wait before two women came to help. The bed was 'good', better than many! The WiFi worked fine in the room and the dining room. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful; when there was English they didn't understand, they would ask someone else, and give help with directions. The breakfast was good. There were many choices. Although I had booked thru Booking.com, when I came in I was offered two rooms at a much lower rate: 470 or 570 vs 620 B. I think this may have been due to the Demonstrations starting that day (13Jan) in Bangkok, as many flights had been cancelled, and many other lodging offerings had prices slashed. Tourists were avoiding going to or thru BKK-- I had also altered my travel plans, making sure I had already crossed thru BKK before that date.
Review 15：Interned didn't work on the 4th flor sothey chaged the room very easely. The new one was a category below the oherone and with a big lived cucaracha in the shower
