Review 1：The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent. We highly recommend this hotel, but make sure you book early.
Review 2：Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean - very neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great with full water pressure and nice hot water. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles came out perfectly. The hotel was very quiet. It was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay again when visiting Holland. (One block over from all the shops on 8th Street.)
Review 3：Found a few black hairs on the bathroom counter after we'd just arrived (not our hair); Was told breakfast would be available until 11am on Sunday, but when we returned from church at 10:30 it was being closed down, and we were told it went til 10am.

Review 8：The hotel was in downtown Holland and very convenient to shops and restaurants. You could walk to most things, which was convenient because there are a lot of one way streets. It was a bit tricky to find because it is on the campus of Hope College and looked kind of like a dorm building on the outside. Definitely not on the inside though. Very nice rooms and very comfortable.
